The Accolade Collegiate Village West, orlando-fl

After living here for about a year, I have to say that this place is amazing. Starting with having high ceilings makes it feel so roomy and makes the room and living space feel huge. Not only are the rooms great, the service is also great. Emily from the leasing office was able to help me the moment I had any questions about my utilities or anything about the package room. All the amenities like the pool, gym, and the courtyard are always open and well kept. The maintenance team also brings amazing service. I put in a request ticket for our dryer and less than 24 hours later they were at my door willing to help instantly and solved the issue I was having. Camilo, Fabian and Armando were amazing and were able to fix the issue within an hour. Thank you guys for making the living experience great in Orlando.

We recently signed a lease for our daughter at Accolade West and walked in to ask for a tour. The complex is beautiful, clean and modern, with a great layout and impressive amenities. The front desk staff was very welcoming, and Paul, our tour guide, was exceptional. He was knowledgeable, patient and took the time to answer all of our questions without rushing us. We feel confident our daughter will be safe and happy here and are very excited for her to move in. Thank you, Paul, for making this such a positive and reassuring experience!

Warning! Think twice before living here! The good reviews are only from people touring the building. Living at accolade was absolute hell. Studio apartment was infested with silverfish, and the walls are paper thin. Very small space only 445 square feet and overpriced low-quality for what you get. There are many cracks around the bottom of apartment corners and floor where dirt came through so the floor was always dirty. The outside and inside of building smells like weed. When it comes to noise, people smoke and scream till late hours into the morning. Especially in the hammock areas by the dog park. Security does absolutely nothing about this even hung up on me at times. If you live on the bottom floor near the doors, you get to hear them slam very loudly at all hours. Not to mention the Wi-Fi problems, and broken elevators. Definitely don't live here if you value sleep or sanity. I'm so glad I got out of there when I had the chance!

I had an excellent experience working with Sabrina Salerno. She was professional, responsive, and genuinely cared about helping resolve my situation. She took the time to review my account, answered all of my questions with patience, and went above and beyond by waiving both late fees as a courtesy. Throughout the process, her communication was clear, respectful, and prompt. Great customer service like hers makes a difficult situation much easier to handle. Lived here to two years, and had a generally favorable experience! Rarely ever had bugs, the property was kept clean and nice, the amenities were great, and front office staff and management were lovely. There were some issues of course, the parking situation kinda sucked, and it's comically expensive, especially for the tiny studio. Communication could have also been better between management and residents, though after living elsewhere it also could be so much worse. If you can comfortably afford it, it's worth choosing here over some of the budget options in the area. Maintenance crew were also very nice and quick as well.
