The Accolade Collegiate Village East, orlando-fl

I’ve had a really good experience at Accolade Collegiate Village East. The environment is welcoming, and the pool area is one of my favorite places to relax. Santiago has made living here even better—he’s always helpful, whether it’s playing music at the pool or helping me with my mail. His positive attitude really makes a difference and adds to the overall sense of community.

Was just curious looking for a housing situation in the area. Im pretty shy person, but my guide Santi, as well as the other staff that were in that day, were very accommodating. He Had a good attitude, a lovely smile, and knew how to answer my questions.

I’ve lived at Accolade East for about a year and a half, and this place is truly laughable. They have potential residents who come in for tours do positive google reviews….to hide the negative reviews from residents that actually live here. I do have to applaud the staff in the leasing office, because I truly can’t imagine working under a manager like the leasing manager here. She is so rude, so inconsiderate, and above all unprofessional!!! This grown woman is so quick to catch an attitude and makes sure you know that she is right and you are wrong. Laughable. The college kids that work under her are far nicer and far more professional than she is. Very nice property….but would be better if they got rid of all of the hidden fees and the manager.

Beautiful apartments. Finished my tour today with Marisa. Super sweet. Went through the whole works of the building. Super clean and fresh.

My son is an Accolade East OG. It has been great to us. Location is just perfect so close to campus. Special kudos to Community Manager Sabrina Salerno who is always incredibly helpful and responsive. She makes a difference!
