The Accolade Collegiate Village East, orlando-fl

** Editing my original google review My son recently transferred to a different apartment within Accolade, and I want to give another huge shout-out to Esteban and Tori. They were incredibly responsive, kind, and accommodating throughout the entire process. Having put three kids through college, I have dealt with a lot of student housing management teams. Accolade is by far the easiest to work with and the quickest to address concerns. Thank you, Esteban and Tori, for taking accountability and consistently getting things done! My son is an Accolade East OG. It has been great to us. Location is just perfect so close to campus. Special kudos to Community Manager Sabrina Salerno who is always incredibly helpful and responsive. She makes a difference!

I’ve had a really good experience at Accolade Collegiate Village East. The environment is welcoming, and the pool area is one of my favorite places to relax. Santiago has made living here even better—he’s always helpful, whether it’s playing music at the pool or helping me with my mail. His positive attitude really makes a difference and adds to the overall sense of community.

Was just curious looking for a housing situation in the area. Im pretty shy person, but my guide Santi, as well as the other staff that were in that day, were very accommodating. He Had a good attitude, a lovely smile, and knew how to answer my questions.

Esteban did a great job showing me and my friend around the community, and was very thorough on answering our questions and also was very knowledgeable. Definitely did a great job on allowing us to consider this apt.

My son recently signed here for next year and the building is super nice. Santiago in the front desk gave us an amazing tour and answered every single question we had!
