I’ve lived at this complex for three years, and I can confidently say it has been one of the biggest mistakes of my life. Considering they are offering “$3,360 of “savings” this should be your first warning because you are going to be using those “savings” on therapy once you move out! Most of the positive reviews consist of family members/friends of employees who no longer work here because the complex is falling apart or individuals who toured to receive a $10 McDonald’s gift card and never signed at this soon to be Section 8 housing. Mold appears to be a recurring issue throughout the property. If you see the white Storm Vans parked outside, they’re usually there for a reason. Management will tell you mold doesn’t exist, but then you talk to the people treating the “organic matter” and somehow get a very different answer. Unlike many student-focused apartment complexes, a significant number of residents are not students. If you’d like your son or daughter to share a “luxury” college living experience with 30-year-olds and several children, this may be the perfect fit. In fact, from what I’ve witnessed, it seems like a wonderful place to raise a family. Some days the common areas feel less like student housing and more like a newly opened daycare center. If your student is passionate about video games, they’re in luck. Your friendly 30-year-old roommates may decide the living room is the ideal location for a permanent gaming setup running 24/7. They’ll also generously invite over guests who appear to have been recruited directly from a casting call for “Questionable Life Choices.” For those seeking excitement, this complex goes far beyond the standard college apartment experience. While other communities offer movie nights and pizza socials, here you may get the opportunity to be assaulted in the elevator at 6 a.m. and become part of a court case. If that isn’t enough entertainment, your roommate might invite over armed guests, turn your apartment into an episode of Cops, and leave you wondering whether you should call maintenance or emergency services when someone starts overdosing in the living room. Talk about community engagement. And the amenities don’t stop at the pool. During heavy rain, additional water features may emerge directly from the ceiling. If you work early mornings, you’ll also appreciate the complimentary fire alarm wake-up calls around 3:30 a.m., ensuring you never oversleep. If all of this sounds like the college experience you’ve always dreamed of, a combination of a daycare, an esports arena, a disaster preparedness drill, a true-crime podcast, and a court appearance, then this is absolutely the place for you and your family!!!

The Nine is amazingly beautiful!! For college students as well as regular guests, Hands down the best apartment - up to date, quality and definitely brand new. Mya Graham gave an excellent tour. She was very informational, answered all questions, and was knowledgeable about the property, the rooms and etc.

I’ve lived here at the nine for my freshman year and all I can say is it’s terribly organized. All of the staff here are rude and if you call them to Complain about something they’re always passive aggressive and always rude. My boyfriend just called and complained because there’s always people here in the house and we don’t know about it and she said that there’s nothing they can really do about it because it’s their property since he has a vacant room in his apartment, so basically people will always be in your house if you have a vacant room and you won’t know about it and you won’t know that anyone’s even entered your room. I’ve got towed two times here because they failed to give me a parking sticker and I called about it and the guy said it’s OK. I’ve gotten told three times here. The materials with this place are cheap. The fire alarms go off all hours through the night. The people are just blatantly rude. The place is not clean. I found bugs in the hallways in my room everywhere so if you try to call and complain to get something figured out, kiss it goodbye because they don’t do anything about anything. If I could put zero stars, I would

We recently came to tour one of the apartments, and Alyssa was wonderful. She was extremely helpful, and had all the answers we needed. We will definitely keep them in mind when the final decisions are to be made.
