PLEASE do NOT live here, i lived for a while and it’s so overpriced for what it is, ive gotten stuck in or faced some kind of issue with the elevator at LEAST once a month since if moved in, there’s a recurring black mold problem, work orders only fix things half the time or are “on back order” forever(AC units, dead lightbulbs), the gym equipment is slimy and constantly breaking, not to mention the water fountain that’s been out of order for five MONTHS, half of the grills don’t work, and the hot tub is tap cold since december and there’s no way to actually control it since the timer doesn’t work, even the ethernet has stability issues. they pride themselves on their amenities but most of them barely work if at all. and to make things worse, there’s always some kind of crime going on the police are constantly shutting down the street leaving the second floor of the parking garage. i’ve lived here two years, im not renewing my lease.

I have finally moved out of Plaza so I can give my honest review. I had decided to move here last year after touring it in May 2025. I moved in August 2025. The complex had said they had cleaners clean the units that the new residents were to move into. They were in fact NOT clean. There were coffee stains on the floor, hair everywhere, pimple patches, etc. It was atrocious because you could tell there was NOTHING cleaned by whatever crew they hired. One of the former roommates had informed me that when the cleaning crew entered the apartment, they had just sat at the kitchen island on their phones. Unfortunately this was only the start of an absolute mess I had experienced while living here. It is in fact true that the elevators are constantly broke, as well as the parking gates. The elevators always had some food or drink spilled and it would SMELL horrible. Not only that but they had started construction IN THE PARKING GARAGE to where they closed off the two middle floors and has such a small lane open for residents who had to park further up to drive through. There had been MULTIPLE TIMES where I have almost been hit head on because someone was coming around the corner and the lane is not large enough for two way traffic. Another issue I had experienced was with management and former roommates. I had a 4x4 and I understand everyone has their own cleaning habits, however it had gotten to the point where my other roommate had confronted the cleanliness issue and nothing was taken care of. Management and the lease states that each resident in a 4x4 gets 1/4 of the counter space as well 1/4 of the cabinet space. This did not happen. Another roommate and I had shared one small cabinet for our pots and pans because one other roommate had all of her items in most of the cabinets. We had to ask her on move in day to move her things as they were all over the place. She had gone to management to complain about it which resulted in the other three of us receiving warnings on our behavior. How am I supposed to be comfortable living with someone who takes up all of the kitchen counter space as well as the living room. After receiving the email of the warning, the three of us had gone down to the leasing office to ask about further information regarding the warnings. We were told the four of us were going to do a roommate intervention where management would sit with us and help us speak our minds about the issues we had with the other roommate. Unfortunately that never happened and as each date kept getting "rescheduled" which had frustrated one of the other roommates and I. We had gone down to speak with management and they had done NOTHING to let us feel comfortable in our unit. We had even said we would be fine being move to other units of 4x4 where we would've been more comfortable even though we would've been split up. They claimed we could not even though the three of us had stated that we would have agreed to be split up into a different 4x4. Also I had seen another review saying the amenities aren't the greatest and honestly I agree. The gym equipment was constantly broken. In the row of treadmills all of the ones on the left side did not had the proper buttons to start them up. The cable machine literally didn't have the proper stops and safety on it because it was broken. The only plus sides I had with this complex was maintenance being somewhat quick and efficient if needed in a unit. As well as the food available downstairs. Overall 1/5 stars, extremely disappointing.

Thalia was amazing to work with. This is the second time she has helped our family with an apartment tour, as she also assisted us last year with our first son. Now, with our second son coming onto campus, we were grateful to work with her again. She has excellent customer service skills, is very professional, patient, knowledgeable, and makes the entire process feel easy and comfortable. She answered our questions, made us feel welcomed, and represented the property extremely well. We appreciate her help and would highly recommend working with Thalia. She is a great asset to the team!

We had an amazing tour yesterday with Olivia, our son didn't come along with us, so we got to ask all the questions .She is very knowledgeable about the building, rates, and local area. She was patient with all our questions!

I have lived here for two years now. First it’s a maze to get anywhere. Elevators are always broken. Garage gate is always broken even though we have to pay for parking. People can’t drive in the garage either. I have a low car and I have to go slow and so many people almost crashed into me here. My girlfriend has parked her car here multiple times, though her tag plate got stolen and someone hit her parked car here. Police didn’t do anything and leasing office couldn’t do anything either. So many of my friends have parked on the third floor and their cars got towed. Fire alarms are always going off. The unit is outdated. Maintenance will come into your unit to fix something even though you checked no for them to come in when you are not home. The grills at the pool only one of them work. The gym also has so many things that are broken. The treadmills there’s a row of them and only a few of them work. There’s also other equipments that are broken as well. All of this and they charge an arm and leg for rent here.
