Campus Crossings on Alafaya, orlando-fl

This place has a great maintenance service! Ray did an amazing job helping us with the repairs in our apartment. One of the stovetop burners was not working, and the oven temperature control was faulty. He replaced the old unit with a brand-new glass-top stove and oven within a day, and everything looks and works great now. Ray was professional, helpful, and very kind throughout the process. We truly appreciate his quick response and excellent work. Thank you, Ray!

You get what you pay for, unless you pay 825 a month + overages for a bedroom without a private bathroom. Do not believe that that is the price, they are constantly without units leased because it suck so bad. You can definitely negotiate it down to 695 or 650. As for the actual apartment, its close to campus, but otherwise is terrible. Mold constantly, yellowing walls, the kitchen is a hurricane of garbage and hasn't been updated ever. I have been lucky to avoid a roach problem but theyve been around. My washer leaked 4-5 times. The AC is black with dirt. The bathrooms are not clean and have caulk covering every surface that has a hole, termite droppings in the sinks, water leaking from the ceiling, door sill coming out, internet has constant issues, at least maitenance seems to be pretty fast, but most of the solutions are bandaids. Overall, if you really need a place to live, sure. But is it good? Not remotely. It is very affordable though.

Leaving a review just to shout out the maintenance team. Especially Ray! The guys are all super nice and very quick. At this point we probably see them almost once a week. The apartment itself is sub-par and the amenities are lack luster. The community itself is very chill and feels pretty safe. My main beef with Campus Crossing is just how outdated all the appliances are, how often they break, the roaches, and the mold. Love the maintenance team though!

Place is pretty disgusting to be honest. Cheap for a reason. On top of that, they never once mentioned that there was a cat in the unit! Then when I tried to come with them to work out a solution, (granted it was a few weeks later) they were very hostile and straight up told me I was lying about being allergic 🤣. Horrible way to treat your tenants. Place is a joke stay far far away.

Horrible appliances and if you are moving in with 3 or less people you will most likely be moved into a unit that already has someone living there. The units are not cleaned, not maintained, I know someone who moved in to a new unfurnished unit and it had an oven that immediately broke and roaches. My sink faucet destroyed and almost flooded my bathroom and my bathroom was disgusting when I moved in. The floors have permanent streaks and stains that do not come out. Please do not choose this place to live, it is not worth your peace.
