Ventana Student Housing, orem-ut

I've lived here for almost three years, and overall, it's been a good experience. The location is ideal for students attending UVU, and it's also manageable to get to BYU using the UVX bus system. There are several stores and restaurants within walking distance, including Walmart, which is very convenient. The apartment layout is simple and functional, with appliances that have worked well during my time here. The private bedrooms are a decent size, and only sharing a bathroom with one roommate is a nice balance between privacy and affordability. The maintenance team has also been responsive and quick to address issues when they arise. The amenities include a small pool and hot tub area, as well as a modest gym/workout space. While the amenities aren't extensive, they are a nice addition for student housing. In my experience, the cost is generally on the lower end of the nearby student housing market, making it a good option for students who want to live close to campus without living directly on campus. Overall, I've found it to be a solid and affordable place to live as a student.

I think this is a nice place to live and love it! I've had no problems with the management. The staff are friendly and helpful. If your apartment has any issues, the maintenance team will take care of them as soon as possible! The parking lot is spacious, and there is also an underground garage.

I’ve enjoyed living at Ventana for over a year! The office staff has been personable and helpful with questions and reserving the clubhouse. Maintenance is pretty quick to respond to repair requests, although I do wish maintenance would send tenants a message before entering apartments for maintenance repairs. Additionally, the appliances such as dishwashers and stovetops are not the greatest quality but do perform well enough. Overall, it’s been a nice experience and I’d recommend this complex due to location, easy parking, and staff.

I have lived here for 5 years now and the fact that people keep choosing other places is crazy! This is by far the CHEAPEST place you'll find and bonus, you don't even have to be a student. I've had issues, but with roommates, not the place itself. The only issue is there is mold in a lot of the bathrooms so I do wish they would fix that, and I wish we could use the pool on Sundays since thats a lot of our only days off, but other than that, its great. Large rooms, in unit laundry, pool, and TONS of parking. Its also right next to the free bus, so thats a bonus.

Been living here for about 3 years now and it’s fantastic. Management is great and good with communication, it’s very close to UVU without having to deal with too much traffic, the rooms are nice and private, which is a huge bonus, and rent is very reasonable.
