I had an awesome experience talking with Dylan Keating! He was super helpful and really took the time to answer all my questions. You can tell he genuinely cares about helping people out and making them feel comfortable. He was really nice and easy to talk to, not pushy or rushed at all, just friendly and welcoming the whole time. Dylan went out of his way to make sure I understood everything about the campus and what to expect, and he gave clear, honest answers that made the whole experience a lot less stressful. He made me feel like I was already part of the community, which says a lot about his attitude and professionalism. Overall, Dylan was so awesome, helpful, kind, and just a genuinely good representative of the school. Definitely appreciate the time he took to make sure I left with all my questions answered and feeling confident about the place!

I don’t even know where to start with this place. There have been so many little issues that have just added up. The parking here is horrible. They only allow you to have 4 guest parking passes a month which is just so unreasonable who only has people over 4 times a month. Also the speed bumps here are horrible I’m pretty sure they have ruined my car. Also every day I see maybe 4 cars get towed which is just horrible. I also had issues with cleaning checks and was accused of being a lair, and the green refused to give me any help since the cleaning checks people are 3rd party hires. Also I left my trash outside my door for 30min while I was mopping / vacuuming my floors, and got charged $60, because apparently it was a lease violation and they threatened to evict me for leaving my trash bag out for barley 30min. Also the amount of times I have had “maintenance” people just walk in while I’m sleeping in my room. One day they just came in and started taking pictures which is just so weird to me. It’s definitely student housing and somewhere for teenagers not someone who is older. Also the appliances are so cheap, and the paint is constantly chipping. If you try to wipe down the wall with a rag the paint starts peeling. I would definitely really look into this place before signing any lease her. They do have a printer here so that part is nice.

This has been a bad enough experience to prompt me to write a one-star review, which I have never had to do before. I lived there for eight months and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Not because of the facilities, but because of the dishonesty. While I didn't love my roommates, I wouldn't pin that on the Green since I never complained to them. However, when the time came to move out, I cleaned for six hours with the hope of getting my full deposit back. My roommates were not moving out of the complex but were moving out of our apartment and for whatever reason weren't scheduled to move out for another week after my lease was up. As a result, most of the time I spent cleaning was likely undone by the time they finally got around to doing cleaning checks. I took pictures though (posted below), and when I showed the front desk staff when I checked out they said that they had never seen a unit so spotless and that if I didn't get my full deposit back then nobody deserved to. Needless to say, I did not get my full deposit back. After all that, I decided that it wasn't worth throwing a fit over $50 (which I really should have) and just waited to get the other $200 of my deposit back. Three months went by and not a single sign of it. Once I had finally had enough I called them. They sent me to a third party, because apparently they don't handle their own billing to residents (??) and after I called back and forth between the Green and their third-party transaction manager, I found out that they had sent the security deposit check to the apartment that I had moved out of! WHY? Why are they even mailing a check? It's not 1990 anymore! You have my bank details, you took rent directly out of my checking account, so just direct deposit it into my account! That's what they would do if they actually wanted to give you back your deposit, but they clearly pad their profits by making the whole process as much of a headache as possible so that people give up. I talked with the third party (who was very professional and helpful) and they said that they would speak with the Green about re-issuing the security deposit check and sending it to my current address. Finally, I thought. I can just be done with this. Not so. The check was re-issued, but, once again, it was sent to the address that I had moved out of (and at this point I hadn't lived in for four months). And when I tried to call, I got put on hold for a while before the line was disconnected. I am an understanding and patient person, having worked in fast food and retail for most of my adult life up until this point, but enough is enough. Nobody ever gets held accountable, their office is dysfunctional, which I guess is what happens when you hire part-time college students at a high turnover rate. In their minds, they can pay them less and pin all the blame on them. I don’t place the blame on the front desk staff, they were nice and I’m sure they would help me if they could, but whatever is going on at a management/organizational level is a result of either horrible incompetence, willful maliciousness, or perhaps a bit of both. TLDR: Don't live here unless you want your money stolen. Don't let them lure you in with the pool and hot tubs and cool gimmicks. They don't make up for how seedy their whole scheme is. They will do whatever they can get away with to squeeze as much money out of you as possible and make it as hard as possible to work with them. They will say you failed cleaning checks when the rooms look like the below photos. They will raise your rent every three months without telling you. Just do yourself a favor and live somewhere else.

Living at The Green has been a great experience. I’ve already met a lot of friendly people and feel really comfortable here. The living space is nice, and having a gym that’s open 24/7 makes things even better. The RA team is also awesome. One of the RAs, Dillon Keating, helped answer all my questions and showed me around, which made everything super easy.

Riley and Lauren answered a billion questions and were so helpful! The complex is beautiful and i was totally won over! A bit more than we were planning to pay, but it seems worth it!! Hopefully it'll be a good fit for my son!
