Everyone's experience may vary some, it's true. For me they were a dream to work with. From the beginning to the end of my contract they were immensely thoughtful and patient. Nash listens and helps with prioritizing your needs. I never felt like a burden when I had a request or question to ask. Overall they were very responsive. I had my best results from going to the office in person. The hot tub, gym, and other amenities were also great. It's close to UVU and right next to the Frontrunner. This was exactly what I needed at the time. Thank you, Promenade Place!

Overall not a bad place! Pretty nice and not super noisy or anything. Rooms are small for the price you’re paying. No overnight guest parking. Seems like the leasing office completely forgot that I was moving in. They couldn’t find the proper key so I just didn’t have a key for a weekend. I was told they would remove furniture beforehand, they didn’t. My new roommates were upset that the leasing office didn’t give them 24 hours notice (which they said they would). There are some scuffs and bare patches on the walls. The laundry room stinks. It was clear that they did not do a deep clean or any repairs between tenants.

What a great place to live! I loved the staff they were very kind and even helped me save some money! They are such kind people and the rooms are spacious and they have great facilities and an overall amazing vibe! Best place to live in Orem and am amazing and calm environment! Can not recommend enough, to anyone looking for a comfortable private room and camaraderie this is your place! Enjoy it!

I lived here for over 6 months . I don’t have anything negative to say! I appreciate the maintenance being so quick to resolve and typically a permanent solution; not having to keep reaching out about the same thing (has been typical at other apartment complexes for me) . The valet trash is my favourite just right outside the door. I appreciate the preferences options for roommates such as going to bed early :: quiet evenings & cleanliness . Also, shoutout to Nash !! He helped me through the entire process before application through app and from answering alllll my many many questions before moving in.. and to always being in the office it’s nice to call and get a hold of him, he’s so friendly and helpful with everything ! Also the gym here isn’t that bad!! no one is ever using it hardly either , most people i’ve seen while in the gym is 2! really was a nice experience overall.

The advertised "student" apartments placed a 30 plus yr old woman with my teenage daughter and her 3 young roomates. The first day, the woman told the girls she was going to "get them" and other things. Complaints were made immediately. No action. The problems escalated to the woman going into their rooms, turning over all the furniture in the night, making salt circles everywhere, and screaming in a demonic voice while she scratched her nails down the walls for hours. Complaints made, police called, still the apartment refused to move her. The next escalation included more threats of harm from the woman and an attempt to burn my daughter. Complaints made, police called, no action. The apartment told the original 3 girls that they could each pay to move somewhere else, instead of just moving the one crazy woman. Next came the day that the woman boiled an entire pot of water and threw it at my daughter trying to hit her face. Police called, woman arrested, restraining order in place. Apt only then changed the locks and admitted the woman should be there. The woman is now awaiting trial. Even with a restraining order, she continues to stalk my child and send threats via others. We feel we need to move my daughter for her safety and asked to be allowed out of her lease for the final 4 months of it so that we can do so. They said no. They also continue to say they were well within their rights to leave the woman in the apartment, harassing these girls every day. They feel no responsibility of any kind. They still do not care about the safety of my child. They would rather collect 4 more months or rent, than admit my child is in danger and do anything to protect her. I would give them 0 stars if it were an option. I have never dealt with a more greedy or immoral company. They know what is right and they choose not to do it at the expense of the safety and security of young girls, because they are greedy.
