The Atlas Apartments, omaha-ne

I’ve had a very good experience living at Atlas. The apartment is comfortable, modern, and in a great location. The common areas are well maintained, and the environment is calm and convenient. I also want to highlight the staff, who have always been friendly and willing to help whenever I needed something. Overall, I recommend Atlas to students or anyone looking for a comfortable and well-located place to live

I really wanted to enjoy living here, but it turned out to be a bit of a headache. The location is okay, but the management is really difficult to deal with whenever something in the unit breaks or needs attention. It felt like I was constantly having to follow up just to get basic maintenance done, which got old really fast. Plus, the walls are quite thin, so I could hear almost everything going on in the apartments around me. It just wasn't the relaxing home environment I was looking for.

Got a tour of the property, and all I can say is wow. The staff is super nice and can answer all your questions. The property is amazing, and the amenities are unlike anything else in Omaha. Heated indoor pools, sand volleyball, indoor basketball, rooftop lounge chairs - swings - fire pits, recreation room, theater, gas grills, and multiple community areas with kitchens and TVs.

Great place to live. Management was always responsive to concerns and maintenance is fast and friendly. Great amenities and I appreciated the heated parking under the building.

I don’t know if I should be upset, but thanks to the Atlas Apartments my daughter doesn’t want to move back home. She already graduated from Creighton and she’s still there. Who can blame her as she wakes up to this view? Thanks to the staff for the great service. Also, I am grateful that the Flight Deck restaurant is on site. 5 stars for them too.
