Now that there are under New Management whoever they are they don't want to fix their Gates around the property and they are always renting out their property to Airbnb and where is the rent money going because it's not going anywhere on the property for a gated community this is the second time they did try to take me to court and don't know what's going on I'm tired of the BS games and always want to take somebody to court and don't know what's going on and Erica Johnson thinks she runs this place I thought she was a maintenance person so why is she running her mouth like she's own this place you can post your own reviews about this place but I wouldn't advise you to come here you're paying $1,100 or more for what a one-bedroom apartment you can get a house payment for that note..... So who is the owner of the general manager Laura Powell has got somebody else doing a dirty work named Erica Johnson cuz Erica Johnson thinks she owns it place and Laura Powell always wanted to write some paperwork of taking somebody to court so where is the owners at..... Well you can't file a complaint on make a report which I have the right to do on any person or any business..... Now they wanna threaten you and about taking you to court for an eviction I thought making threats was against the law so where is the managers who runs this complex especially somebody who is a general manager so now you can't get a hold of corporate who is campus advantage or anybody at that office to file a complaint or report it because the property managers don't even have that information or don't want to give it out to you and they kick somebody out of the apartment complex because they were smoking on a property because everybody and their mama smokes on the property but somebody needs to take them to court.... Now here is the latest update about this apartment complex I don't have a car but they are charging me $40 a month for a parking lot now you want to know how crooked this apartment complex is they kick my friend out for smoking on the property can you get smell the weed in a hallway and there is no signs for smoking on the property if they come into your apartment they're going to charge you for something or whatever it may be and that is the only reason they'll come into your apartment is to be nosy so they can charge you for something that's broke or secretly add something to your account or add it to your rent so you better take a look at what's on file you may have some added charges on file so I advise you if you want to live here you better grab your attorney because the property managers assistant managers bookkeepers accounting managers or anybody else like I said I don't have a car and they're charging me $40 a month for a parking lot and nobody's trying to do anything about it so I'm just giving you good advice how about living here but the choice is yours I wish you the best of luck but as far as the place is a nice place but the people that run this place or liars and crooks the property manager Madeline Neville when it was time to pay my rent she didn't want to post my rent to my account which was $1,300 and now they're charging me for a parking lot or parking lots of dollars a month and I don't have a card so that's the property manager and the accounting manager and the assistant manager Chardonnay Brown and they're quick to give you a violation of your lease even if you didn't do anything wrong and I got this stupid rule 14 days to fix it or 30 days to get out cuz they force out my friend one of their tenants out of their apartment for smoking you're going to close to pay $1,000 a month or more for a one-bedroom apartment I don't have to lie but you can come find out for yourself like I said it's your choice watch your back the manager will charge you for the TV the furniture the dining table and charge you for a parking lot if you don't have a car so watch out for the property manager she is not truthful and honest

I love this place based on my experience its excellent apartment community with friendly and responsive staff, well-maintained grounds, and a clean, comfortable living environment and overall positive experience living here. The best part of it is the gym because now I don’t have to pay for my membership at Crunch and it’s like a 5 minute walk to Downtown! Lastly they always have nice resident events like the rebull bar that recently happened!
