Midwest Corporate Housing, omaha-ne

Midwest Corporate Housing was so easy to work with and really helped me out when I quickly needed a place to temporarily live. The apartment was well maintained and had everything I needed to just bring my suitcase and settle in. I would definitely do business with them again if I have a need for temporary housing in the future. I checked into several options before choosing MCH, from extended stay hotels to short term apartment leases. All in all, the costs were less expensive with no hassle - short term apartment leases required a downpayment, expensive pet deposit, monthly pet rent, a 3-month lease minimum (at a higher rate), and the hassle of setting up utilities. Extended stay hotels had coin-operated laundry in the building, and charged extra if you wanted a dish pack, pots/pans pack, etc. I especially liked that I had a garage included with MCH. I would highly recommend them! Tony was very helpful and easy to work with!

Midwest Corporate Housing short term rental allowed me to comfortably spend six weeks in Omaha to help with a family medical crisis. The apartment at 1010 On the Lake was clean, comfortable, fully equipped and well furnished. The complex was exceptionally quiet and safe, including security doors. The view over the lake and the beautiful landscaping made for a relaxing atmosphere after some tough hospital days. Maintenance service was excellent when I accidentally stopped up the garbage disposal. I would highly recommend renting from Midwest for short term stays.

My 5 month stay at 1010 on the Lake was exceptional! The apartment was clean, and all of the appliances/furniture were in great condition. The decor was also rather pleasing. The gym at the complex had all the equipment that I needed and was in great condition. The complex was always quiet, and it felt very safe. The garage parking that I had access to also made it feel very safe. I never once had to go into the leasing office or email Omaha Corporate Housing regarding anything breaking or not working. Overall, my temporary stay in Omaha was made very easy!

Tony and Andy from Midwest Corporate Housing have been amazing to deal with. They allowed me to look at 5 different properties prior to making a decision. I've stayed at the Corvina property for the last 7 months and it has been great. Extremely quiet, safe & secure property, with a nice pool & gym. Would definitely recommend Midwest Corporate Housing and the Corvina property to any business traveler needing a nice furnished stay.

My experience with Omaha Corporate Housing was the best. 
I was in the middle of a home build, and what was supposed to be a 3-week stay ended up being 6-months in a fully furnished apartment in Papillion. The kitchen was fully equipped with utensils, plates, cups, pans, coffee maker, etc. This was a two bedroom, with two smart TVs, internet, and a nice private patio. Furniture was contemporary, clean, and well maintained. Great option 
for any one looking for short-term lease. Communication was quick and they are a nice, family owned company. Highly recommend!
