What a lovely place. I rented a room here back in 1999–2000 for about a year while doing my co-op at OPPD. Returning brings back so many wonderful memories. It's amazing how some places can stay in your heart even after all these years. Sharizan, Malaysia

I've been here for more than a year now. I absolutely feel at home. The basement will smell because there is no ventilation for the cooking smell to escape. Given that it's such an old building, we do have some uninvited guests in our rooms. But the problem isn't so much that it can't be dealt with. Dick is super nice and if you tell him once, he'll bring in the exterminator to get rid of the roaches or spiders. But a huge responsibility lies on the shoulder of the tenants too. They cook in their rooms and do not clean up properly, which eventually leads to infestation. I make sure to keep my room clean and inform the manager the moment I feel something is wrong. For this price and location, there can not be a better place. We get so much peace, quiet and privacy along with the tight security. I'd recommend Capitol Court but not the basement rooms.

I have rented this apartment 's before to study for my Board in Family Medicine. It has a great location, other students are in the building and the price is affordable. I will be happy to rent again, again and again.

Amazing apartment complex! Also for student housing. Close to UNO and on bus route for other colleges in city! Perfect part of town as well right on 72nd and Dodge! If you need a good apartment to stay for your school quarter come in and apply, say you were referred by Nathan. - Studio apartments with personal bathrooms. Shared kitchen in basement but for the price you can't complain! Awesome!

Cool place to leave, low cost and good studio. Only downside is kitchen is general at the basement, asides that it's a good student accomodation.
