Broadmoor Hills, omaha-ne

I have lived at Broadmoor Hills for over a year, great apartments. Leasing staff always quick to answer any questions and maintenance staff always responds promptly and with quality service. Amenities are great with multiple workout facilities and several pools to enjoy the summer. As an added bonus a great bar and grill "The Hill" is located on property.

I have been at Broadmoor Hills Marquee for about 4 months and I am so happy with my choice to move here. I was selling the house that I had lived in for over 30 years, so it was a big decision and a lot of downsizing. I worked with Anna in the office and she was amazing. So kind and helpful, from signing the lease, to moving in and getting settled. After moving in, the maintenance team has been wonderful. They have taken care of any issues (they have all been small) in a very timely and professional manner. The grounds are well kept and the amenities are great. Thank you for making this transition such a joy!

We are going on our second year of living here at Broadmoor, we absolutely love this place. We have lived in a 1 bedroom & 2 bedroom. The layout of the apartments are amazing, they are absolutely beautiful. The styles and colors used are something we never found in other apartments, makes it feel like home. The amenities are fantastic. Everyone here is so kind, easy to become quickly acquainted with the community around you. The front staff are 10/10, always so kind & welcoming.They helped us from the day we came to view the apartments to find what fits our needs best, they continue to create such an awesome community here! Also huge shoutout to the maintenance team!! They keep this community stunning at all times!

I have lived at Broadmoor Hills for almost five years and it is the absolute best!! The amenities are amazing (theater room!!), pools are so nice, and we couldn’t ask for a better maintenance crew! They’ve never taken more than a day to fix any issues I’ve had, which hasn’t been much! The office staff is phenomenal and so helpful! Love, love, love Broadmoor Hills 🤍🤍🤍

Best place I've lived at in my life. Everyone in the front office is very attentive about any concerns going on and very helpful. The bar is a very nice touch as well. Everyone I've talked to there had very nice things to say.
