The number and range of problems that our student experienced while living for 1 year went as follows: Broken A/C unit which delayed our student initially moving into the apartment for over 1 month. Backed up kitchen sink. A water boiler problem throughout the entire building which meant no hot water for several days. Broken A/C unit for the second time for several days. Broken main door lock to the assigned unit. The students had to go through the window to get the front door open. Repairs were never made on bathroom bathtub faucet which had water running continuously for months! The problem unit is A-1. After 6 months they gave our student a 10-day window to relocate to another unit in the middle of finals week. Next unit backed up kitchen sink which Carson (new, rude and inexperienced assistant to management) blamed on the residents, and foreign exchange students who " pour grease" down the drains. New management within a year of leasing. Our student was told to relocate to another unit for summer semester. The management claimed that a "text" message was sent and then redacted that they were never sent. Poor communications all around. If I could not even give this one star, I would! I have been in contact with Ogden City. 2nd apartment number is B-8. Shared space of the bathroom has a hole in the wall. Our student has a picture and date of the picture taken before she was relocated into this unit. The relocated unit is B-8 that was replacement for A-1 problematic unit. We went to the main office, and this is what came about in speaking with the prideful female regional manager. “she must pay for this”. When our student moved into this unit a sign was on the wall that stated not to flush feminine products down the toilet. The hole was hidden behind their sign which was there prior to our student moving into B-8. She told us “It’s the student’s responsibility to inspect the unit prior to moving in.” Needless to say about 3 weeks later after we moved our student out of the apartment with our 1 lease agreement fulfilled and paid on time each month. Our student cleaned the apartment as required. Only a portion of our original deposit was refunded to us. (not surprised) Citing general cleaning had to be done to the apartment. My advice…..RUN DO NOT RENT!!!!!

The place I was moved into was a complete and total dump. Mice infestation, black stuff covering the blinds and air vents that I could not remove no matter what I tried. Pointed out concerns and damages, and they assured me they'd be taken care of. Took months for the mice to be taken care of, and now as I've moved out, they're blaming me for it. Supposedly my middle of the building apartment on the third floor is the only one that dealt with mice (this is a clear lie; I did talk to other tenants who expressed similar issues). The bathtub faucet broke and would not stop running water for weeks until they finally sent in a guy to repair it. It took until I had 2 months left of my 8-month lease that they came to clean the blinds and vents and are now saying I'm at fault. Damages I pointed out to them before I moved in have similarly been blamed on me. Harrison Heights also never provided a replacement remote for their TV, despite me and my roommates having gone and asked multiple times. If you want full control over your AC, jokes on you. You can't set it below 70 degrees or they will fine you. During half the year, you can't even use the AC. Hope your apartment doesn't get really hot during an unseasonable heat wave like mine did. There are other places about 10-15 minutes from campus by bus that are about the same cost for your own private room that Harrison Heights is trying to charge for a shared room. I highly recommend you go there instead of with these slumlords.

Angie, Morgan and Carson assisted us in our rental process. Every single one of them was so kind, considerate and helpful but I have to give a special thanks to Angie for putting up with so many questions as well as our urgency. We weren’t the easiest to deal with but Angie was so patient and thorough. Angies follow through and attention to detail was so important.Thank you for making the stressful process of moving a lot less stressful for us! I think a lot can be said about a property by its management and we are thrilled to know we are in good hands.

I do not have kind enough words for Angie! She has been absolutely incredible and a MASSIVE help to me. She works so hard to get everything fixed for every single tenant! Scott the maintenance man is so kind, too! Thank you Angie and Scott

Hello I recently checked out these apartments no one was around except Scott the maintenance he personally showed me the apartments and gave me a tour and it felt like he was more than just a maintenance guy felt like he should be the manager. Not only that but with my time there it felt like he was the only working moving all types of things around and answering everyone’s questions l. Would give this place 5 stars if Harrison had more workers who cared more like Scott.
