The Collective At Norman, norman-ok

I've had a great experience living here so far. The property is well maintained, and the staff has always been friendly and welcoming. Kate has been especially helpful throughout the entire process! She's quick to answer questions, genuinely cares about residents, and always goes above and beyond to make things easy. Her kindness and professionalism really stand out. I'd definitely recommend this apartment complex to anyone looking for a great place to live!

I had the most amazing experience at The Collective in Norman, all thanks to Analise. From the moment I walked in, she was incredibly welcoming, patient, and genuinely attentive. She took the time to walk me through all of my questions without ever making me feel rushed, and you can truly tell how much she cares about the clients she works with. Her professionalism and kindness made the entire experience so comfortable and enjoyable. It’s rare to come across someone who is both so knowledgeable and so genuinely invested in helping others. I really hope all employees have a little bit of Analise in them because she sets such a high standard. Highly recommend!

analise was such a huge help! I had a couple problems figuring out if my lease was correct or if there was anything I missed but she was amazing at running everything smoothly and she explained everything so well! Overall really friendly staff that will help you super fast!

I like the location and the effectiveness of how quickly matinee comes. I wish we could use the hot tub/if it would be turned on. The gym is always wonderful

This was the best place I have lived during my time at OU. There were a few issues I had but Anna, the property manager, always had a solution for me. The amenities are great and maintenance is quick after an order is submitted. Overall, I felt very comfortable and safe in my home. I will miss it!
