They built these townhomes in a couple of months. Since they were thrown together they have a lot of issues. For example dents in the walls, chipped paint, and cracks in the wall. When I moved out they charged me over $1500.00 for all of the issues the builders caused. They also charged me for patches of grass the snow messed up. They said my dog caused discoloration in the grass. Anything they could make up to charge me for they did. They can’t keep tenants because they constantly try to raise your rent against your lease agreement. The staff is very rude and unprofessional! Save the headache and don’t move here.
