The Social on Hovey, normal-il

I’ve had a great lease term and experience here with little to no issues when it comes to the unit I’m in and overall location. Maintenance is extremely friendly and super helpful with getting things done very quickly. I’ve had multiple great interactions with Shaun on the maintenance team and I believe he sets a standard to how everyone should treat tenants. Overall never had a sour experience being here 8+ months at the time of writing and would encourage anyone to consider leasing with this community.

This apartment complex is amazing! The maintenance people do a wonderful job on keeping it clean and are always so nice! Also, Taryn has been the nicest, most helpful person ever! She made the whole process so simple! Great place 🤗

I’ve lived at the Social on Hovey for 3 years now and it has been a pleasant experience. The maintenance man Shawn has always been super incredible whenever we have any issues with the apartment. The rooms are the perfect size, and I love our balcony. The only downside I would say is the parking situation, if you have guests over you need to be very mindful of how long they are staying and if you don’t validate their parking within 15 minutes they get a $90 ticket, which is something that I didn’t have to deal with in previous years. Also Utilities used to be included and now they aren’t so it does add a little more of a cost to the rent. But other than that I would say it’s a nice apartment and it’s close to a lot of things so it’s prime location for off campus housing

Honestly I’ve had a really good experience living at The Social on Hovey. The place is nice and the location is super convenient. Everything has been pretty smooth overall. Anytime I’ve had a question it gets handled quickly. Kate has been great too. She is easy to talk to and always on top of things. Definitely glad I chose to live here.

I absolutely love The Social on Hovey! From the moment I toured, I was so impressed. The amenities are amazing and the whole property just feels fun, welcoming, and well thought out. My tour was delightful, and I truly cannot say enough great things about my leasing agent, Kate. She was super in-depth, incredibly helpful, and just genuinely cool and easy to talk to. She answered every question I had and made the whole process feel exciting instead of stressful. If you’re looking for housing, seriously — sign at The Social on Hovey. You won’t regret it!
