727 West Apartments, normal-il

I moved in in August and have loved my experience here so far. The office always has free stuff like coffee and food for their residents. The fitness center is AWESOME and I love that I can walk just a few steps to work out - especially when there's bad weather. All the staff is really friendly and understanding when I have an issue that I need to resolve. Additionally, the price is great!! My room is very spacious and I love my little sink in my room. I can't image trying to fight over the bathroom while trying to get ready in the morning. If you're looking to live near this area, you should sign a lease with them. You won't regret it!

This is my first experience living in my own apartment and I’m glad I chose 727 apartments. The staff and amenities are amazing. Maintenance issues are always handled in a timely manner and management is always friendly. It’s a plus having a fitness center where you live and also the clubhouse to spend time studying or hang out. The rent is still affordable even with the remodeling, which included new appliances and furniture. I love my apartment and the roommates that I have. It was a great experience living at 727 and I signed my lease for another year.

727 West Apartments have been amazing to work with!! I can’t say enough about the people who work there. They have walked me through step by step making sure everything was in place for my daughter to move into a furnished apartment. The apartments are nice, clean & layout is perfect. For anyone going to Heartland, this is the perfect location!! I can’t say thank enough to Allison & all the employees that work here for all of their help.

727 West apartments is a great place to live. The office staff and maintenance staff are always friendly and quick to attend to problem that arise. I love the convenience of the gym-it is open 24/7 and rarely crowded. The apartments could not be better located and is amidst a lot of shopping hubs, fast food places and schools(such as Heartland college, Lincoln college and Illinois State University).

Apartments are nice. Rooms are quite small though. Their gym center is nice but I really wish they would add more equipment. I do enjoy the free stuff they give out in their office building and how sweet the maintenance workers were before YA bought them over. The only complaint I have is that these are college apartments. I lived on the 1st floor right by the stairs and I heard every single foot step going up and down the stairs, I would hear everyone’s conversations as they walk by, I also kept hearing my upstairs neighbors stomping all over, squeaking the bed, turning on the faucet, even turning on the light. The walls are very thin so I can also hear my roommates from the other side. One of my roommates for my 1st year didn’t make my experience any better, I completely despised them. Overall, it’s an okay apartment complex. It’s cheaper than the other apartments around campus! Pretty fun place to live
