We lived in one of their houses for 3 years and had a great experience. Very communicative and on top of things. They really put a tenant’s mind at ease renting through them. Ben and Steve were lovely maintenance guys who fixed any problems we came across. Highly recommend renting from them during your college career!

UDStudentRentals is the worst landlord experience I’ve ever had. The staff is extremely unresponsive, unhelpful, and rude. They moved us into a cockroach infested apartment this past Summer and were extremely slow about responding and telling us how they would fix the situation. They originally accused my roommates and I of causing the cockroach infestation throughout the whole building less then a week after we moved in. I contacted code enforcement and he gave them a code violation and told us there was an active infestation throughout the entire building and that it obviously predated our lease. After going through this process for almost 2 months and the infestation still being a problem we asked to break our lease. They eventually let us break our lease at the end of August but gave us less than a week to find other housing and move out. Overall, it was an awful experience and the staff at UDStudentRentals made it even harder with how difficult it was to communicate with them.

We rented with UDstudentrentals for three years and had a great experience. The staff, though hard to get a hold of sometimes, is very kind and maintenance issues are easy to submit and taken care of in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for housing!

Through UDstudentrentals, I was able to rent a beautiful apartment with my three roommates. We had great appliances and no significant issues with our unit. We all loved our apartment and our time living there.

Dealing with management, whether for rent payments or larger asks, was always a positive and seamless process.
