I’m a current student about to graduate. I can easily say this is the best place to live. The apartments are a great space to live with everything you need. The property manager, Melissa, is above and beyond helpful with any issues you have. Melissa personally helped me with an issue I was having for over a month, and she checked in with me nearly everyday. She really cares about the tenants. I am super grateful that someone like Melissa is my property manager and was able to assist in conflicts outside of school. I also want to shoutout Devon and the maintenance team. I didn’t go longer than a day with a maintenance issue being unresolved. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly, and they clearly want the best living situation for you as you go through school.

Our experience in this unit was extremely disappointing due to the landlord and property manager’s complete neglect of their responsibilities. From the moment we moved in, the unit had serious issues that made it nearly impossible to live in comfortably. The walls had large cracks and holes, including some that opened directly into the neighboring unit, compromising both our privacy and safety while allowing a persistent bad odor to spread into our space. We also dealt with repeated infestations of daddy-long-leg spiders and stink bugs, which we often found on our beds due to poorly sealed windows and AC units. On top of that, a moldy wall stain sat directly above our kitchen area and was completely ignored, despite being reported. Whenever we submitted maintenance requests through their online portal, they were marked as “completed” even though no one ever came to fix anything. The water and power were also shut off multiple times throughout the month, and while we occasionally received a one- to two-day notice, it still left us without basic necessities like showers for an entire day. Another major issue was the lighting—or lack thereof. Many of the built-in lights in the unit were either non-functional or completely covered up, so we were forced to bring in our own LED lighting just to be able to see properly. Now, instead of taking responsibility for their failure to maintain proper lighting, they are trying to charge us $300 to remove the LED lights we had to install ourselves and to repair the walls—walls they failed to fix from the start. This level of neglect, dishonesty, and blame-shifting from both the landlord and management is completely unacceptable and reflects how little they care about their tenants’ well-being

Location is great and Melissa is actually the best. She was so helpful and made finding housing so much less stressful!

Great area and distance from campus and other local attractions! The apartments are roomy and have great amenities along with parking!
