I toured Meridian while on Main Street. They have some nice floor plans and a friendly staff. I’d definitely live there if I was attending UD.

I’ll give this place 2 stars because the staff themselves are genuinely kind and helpful, especially during lockouts and other small issues. Unfortunately, that’s about where the positives end. The biggest issue is that management constantly promises things that either never happen or take an unreasonable amount of time. Our dryer was broken for months before anyone finally fixed it, and after it was repaired we were promised a gift card for the inconvenience that still hasn’t shown up. It’s just another example of poor follow-through. We were also promised parking at one point, which never happened. We were told our rooms would have sliding doors, which also never happened. Pretty much every “coming soon” improvement either disappears completely or gets delayed forever. Right now I only live with one other person in a 4-bedroom unit, and honestly if all four rooms were occupied I think I’d lose my mind dealing with everything that has gone on here. The staff tries their best, but management seriously needs to stop overpromising and underdelivering.
