Being part of a team means being accountable for the weakest link. Unfortunately, CLS corporate and the property at the local level are failing terribly. There have been several attempts to discuss the issues and no one will take or return a call. Communication is nonexistent, let alone timely. Our application was submitted by their deadline and they decided to raise the rent. They never contacted. It was issues on their end. Ideally, we would like to receive the fee that was originally promised. It was their error. Why are we being penalized? This company has done nothing to communicate and resolve the issue. Buyer beware, they are bait-and-switch

Hawks Pointe III in Lawrence KS was purchased by this investment company a few years back. The decks and stairs leading to apartments are unsafe and the AC goes out repeatedly in our child’s unit. If you’re going to buy a place, on the cheap, do better to maintain it.

Every review is subjective, and while negative experiences do happen, I believe in giving credit where it’s due. Despite some of the critical feedback Vesper Holdings has received, my experience with them has been overwhelmingly positive. Their properties are beautiful and they are staffed with considerate and accommodating people. I have always felt welcome and listen to in the office. You cannot please everyone all the time, but that doesn't mean that it is a bad company.
