Came into the office yesterday and Erica took care of everything. Filled out a quick application, brought in all of the required paperwork, paid their registration fee and had a room to check out in less than 30 mins. Payed the upfront fees to the person renting the room and had everything squared away within an hour! Can't thank them enough for their quick help! Definitely go here if you need an affordable room to rent, quickly, efficiently and stress free!

I'm editing my previous review from a five star to a 2 star based on my experience after living in the set up this agency put me with. Long story short the guy they had me renting a room from was not paying his rent and I came to the door to find a 30 day eviction notice on the door. Mind you I had been paying on time every time. The agency does all this work to make sure you can afford the rent yet they are not checking the people who are putting their rooms up for rent so the agency needs to reconsider who can actually list something available. They moved me saying "oh we are not going to charge you a fee" I wasn't going to pay a fee and the audacity to try to act like you doing me a favor when it was the agency's doing! I'm very tempted to report them to the state and yes I still have the pictures from the eviction and the receipts from when I moved in. The agency needs to do more so people are not put in this situation and frankly it's my duty to warn all of you.

Amazing service I literally walked in and within 5 minutes after making my $250 deposit to find a room I was given a location & was able to go view it immediately. I absolutely loved it so I took it all within 30minutes. The room was spacious and clean with a refrigerator as well as an a/c. Thank-you so much for your help.

DO NOT WALK BUT SPRINT away from this company. I am convinced Yais, Erica, and their “manager” Ron deserve an award for the most chaotic apartment experience imaginable. I spent over $250 of my hard earned money expecting professional apartment help and instead got a front-row seat to what felt like a low-budget horror movie. Their website is FAKE FAKE FAKE. They post gorgeous luxury-looking apartments online with bright lighting, modern kitchens, and clean hallways just to bait people in. The SECOND you ask about one, suddenly it’s “not available anymore,” “just rented,” or “someone applied already.” Then they try to drag you to completely different apartments that look like abandoned movie sets. The buildings they showed me were absolutely filthy. Hallways covered in cigarette butts, random garbage everywhere, stains on the walls, weird smells coming from every direction, and what looked like syringes near the staircase. At one building there was literally a homeless man sleeping across the stairwell entrance and we had to awkwardly step over him just to get upstairs. I’m not exaggerating when I say I felt like I needed a tetanus shot afterward. And the pests??? DISGUSTING. Roaches everywhere. One roach crawled INTO my shoe during a viewing like it was signing the lease before me. I nearly launched myself into another dimension. I also saw rats running in the apartments like they were paying tenants. At this point the rodents probably know Ron personally. The communication magically disappears after they get your money too. Suddenly nobody answers calls, nobody has updates, and everyone acts confused. Meanwhile the internet is flooded with suspiciously over-the-top 5-star reviews talking about “AMAZING EXPERIENCE!!!” while the real reviews are buried underneath. It genuinely makes you question how those reviews are appearing because the experience I had was beyond awful. Please save your coins, your gas money, your sanity, and your blood pressure. Search on your own before giving these people a single dollar. Watch this review mysteriously disappear or get buried under a bunch of random glowing 5-star reviews talking about how “professional” Ron and his crew are.
