I had a great experience with June Homes. The move-in process was smooth, the apartment matched the listing, and the support team was responsive whenever I had questions. I especially appreciated how flexible and convenient everything was compared to a traditional lease. The place was clean, well-maintained, and in a great location.

Andres & Nelly Real Estate agents in New York City- False advertising! June Homes showcase photos in their adds which is far off from reality. It is one thing that photos sometimes don’t match and it is completely different if they are selling furnished units to working professionals and taking a fee for cleaning and not providing the services as advertised. Inside of Window and window seal in my room if covered with layers of dusty and grim. The curtains have never been washed. It is filthy and disgusting! I was very shocked after I have paid full first month, second month, security deposit and locked in for a 6 months lease. This is not professional and terrible customer service. They also do not provide support although they are taking a fee every month for maintenance and support ( which is separate from utilities cost). We are paying for cleaning and bathroom and living room and kitchen is very dirty and layers of dust and dirt. When was the last time the common areas were cleaned? Would really appreciate someone responding to my email and providing some resolution. Appreciate your time and help.

I had a great experience staying with June Homes. From the beginning, their team was supportive, professional, and willing to help with anything I needed. While there were a few small issues early on, June Homes handled them with care and made sure I felt supported throughout my stay. Their support team was helpful, responsive, and committed to resolving concerns. Overall, June Homes provided a smooth and comfortable living experience, and I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a convenient and well-managed housing option.

I stayed with June Homes for 6 months in Brighton, MA (Boston). Overall a great experience. Obviously living with strangers mean the place cant be as clean as you may want to and may not be as cozy. But overall everyone was respectful, the place was quiet to coexist. the condition of the apartment was old and more cluttered than the photos but not alarmingly gross like ones I have seen reviewed. If you're just looking for a place to stay short term for a couple months for work/school, this is still a decent choice.

They promote fast move in it took a while to process my paper work. Most of their conversations is via email and it feels like you are speaking to a robot. The spaces are highly staged on their websites! I arrived to the place followed their instructions but there was no key. It took multiple calls to get solution for the key. I wasn’t allowed to enter the space until 3:00pm or pay extra early in charges, assuming they are cleaning the space but it was clogged with dust and bird feathers. And the curtains are visibly stained and I don’t think they’ve ever been washed. The cleaner did arrive later and she barely swept the space and left. The AC has not been working since day 1, it is 1000 degrees outside the situation had been communicated multiple times but nothing changed. People from customer service speak politely, a ticket gets raised but nothing happens. While they often respond fast to calls, it happened multiple times that I needed their support but they weren’t reachable. They text or call back when the situation is resolved. The technician visit keeps getting postponed. All their customer service is via calls don’t expect to see anyone. The access code for the property keeps changing I got locked out twice so far. Some of their spaces. You might think their spaces come with convenience but they are also silently paired with headaches.
