I’ve had an amazing experience with Yana as my property manager. She is always professional, responsive, and truly cares about the needs of her tenants. Whether it’s addressing maintenance requests promptly or providing clear and helpful communication, she goes above and beyond to ensure a smooth living experience.

The apartment is located in an excellent position and enjoys convenient transportation, making it very suitable for daily life and commuting. The rooms are clean and tidy, with modern decoration and are very convenient. Eko is very professional and enthusiastic. He responds promptly and properly to any questions and problems.

I have a really fantastic experience living here in the past month. Our property manager, Eko, is really kind. Whenever I have problems, he will be there and help solving them quickly. The clean service is also beyond my expectation, really fantastic. I enjoy the past month living here.

Eko is a wonderful house manager. He was extremely responsive and addressed all issues in a timely and efficient manner. He also followed up on things without me asking twice, and he always showed up on time. He is always around to answer questions, help out, and just say hi. Eko is the best!

The overall company and housing pricing could be a lot better, but Eko, the property manager, has made our stay worth it. Eko is always around, helping answer questions and lending a hand, and has been an amazing liaison throughout our stay. Heritage Collection units are nice, but small and pricey. Eko and his services are the reason this is a 5 star review.
