Heritage Apartments @ 176 Bleecker St, new-york-city-ny

This space was truly amazing. My roommate and I had a great summer here and we loved our apartment. The building manager, Yana is very responsive and will help you out with any issues that may occur within a matter of minutes on the phone or will even come over if need be, at truly any hour. She would always ask if everything was working and if something ever happened it was fixed right away. The apartment feels very new and everything worked great anyway. There was a cleaning service one a month that was also super helpful for my roommate and me.Additionally, monthly pest control sprays. I will miss our apartment and Yana. And I highly recommend.

I had a wonderful experience living in this apartment. The location is incredibly convenient, and the apartment itself is clean and well-maintained. I must mention that Yana, the property manager, has been an absolute pleasure to interact with. She is always kind, nice, and remarkably responsible. She has been readily available whenever I needed assistance or had any concerns. Overall, a positive and satisfying living experience here.

This was definitely one of my best renting experience! I really enjoyed my stay here, the amenities provided were exceptional. They also provide all the essentials including bedding, desk, cooking utensils, etc. I was even more impressed with the outstanding service provided by the property manager, Yana. She has been super helpful and made my experience here the best! She would promptly answer any concerns I have and resolve any issues with the apartment immediately. She genuinely cared for the tenants here. She was one of the reason that I continued my rent for one more year! I will miss this wonderful place so much, especially Yana, who went above and beyond in assisting me with various tasks, even things like retrieving packages and changing the AC. I feel super welcomed and valued throughout my stay. I would highly recommend this place to anyone in search of a nice apartment with a caring manager~

176 bleecker is cozy and convenient! Yana is my manager. She has always been so warm and welcoming. Whenever I encounter a problem, she tries to deal with me in the first place. I am happy to have her as the manager during these months and would definitely recommend her to anyone.

176 Bleecker st is a nice place to stay busy but very convenient. Our property manager Yana is really helpful and responsive throughout my stay. The housekeeping and services are all amazing. It’s a very enjoyable experience
