Heritage Apartments @ 152 West 15th St, new-york-city-ny

I love this cozy apartment. Yana's presence is very reassuring and I can tell her when I have a problem and it will be solved very quickly. I hope to have Yana as my manager next year when I move to one of the other buildings at Heritage.I think it is only appropriate that female tenants should be handled by female managers only. Women managers know better how to respect women.

Had a wonderful stay with Heritage apartments! Yana is absolutely amazing! The entire staff is super responsive, helpful, and welcoming. They made sure that we had a comfortable visit. The place was fully furnished and had everything we needed. It was very clean and housekeeping services were great. It was the the smoothest experience I could have asked for and I highly recommend staying here!

I had an amazing stay at Heritage. The apartment was quite and clean. When our fridge broke down, Yana was super helpful and got us access to a mechanic right away so we could get it fixed. Overall a great experience with helpful staff, both Yana and Eko were a pleasure to work with!

By far the best place I’ve found in NYC. The apartment was clean, spacious, safe, and in a great location. Yana is amazing, too. She’s very responsive and caring and helped me with everything I needed — always with a warm greeting and smile on her face, too. If something went wrong, it was insanely easy to get it fixed! The housekeeping service was phenomenal. I had no issues with pests which is unheard of in NYC. I was so sad to leave my apartment and will most definitely look at Heritage Apartments when I begin the search for my next apartment in the city.
