The apartment was exactly what they show in the photos! Yana, the property manager, was perfect and communication was quick and easy through text. I was skeptical moving to NYC at first for a short term visit, but everything that Heritage offered was great! - the room, management, and location. There is lots of nightlife around and a short subway ride from a majority of things in Manhattan. I would recommend this place to all my friends.

The apartment is very comfortable and convenient. It has everything a newcomer needs including a bed, a desk, a chair, a shoe closet and etc. My apartment manager Yana is also very sweet. She responds to my questions and requests promptly. She is the best manager I have ever had in my years of renting apartments.

The monthly housekeeping and pest control is an amazing benefit, and the apartment is very modern with nice amenities. It is extremely centrally located, especially for NYU students. Yana has been incredibly kind and responsive and it has been a pleasure living in this apartment.

What I love the most is the location, it's accessible to everything I need. The room itself was clean and comfortable. However, there's one drawback to consider, it's a walk-up building with no elevator. While it wasn't a dealbreaker for me at first as I was informed during my virtual meeting that there are no elevators, I only realized that it was a bit more challenging especially on grocery days or post leg days at the gym. Overall, a great choice for students looking for an affordable studio near NYU. Just be prepared for a little extra legwork if you're on a higher floor. Shoutout to Yana, the best property manager
