Very smooth moving process! Great managing and good rooms and prices. They had a great promotional rate at my time of moving, and as a student housing can get hectic. They provide many services along with the room such as house cleaning, kitchen appliances, and fully furnished rooms.

Stayed here for three years and had an amazing time. :) The team is so friendly and was always so quick to help me fix problems with the apartment as and when they cropped up (to be expected, since I stayed there for so long!). Quiet environment in a nice neighborhood too. Would definitely recommend! Special shoutout to Linda for being so lovely all the time!

I have stayed at two Student housing works apartments: 850 West End and 94th West. I have had pleasant experiences at both places. The rooms are clean, and the common spaces are well maintained. There is also a room cleaning service available at both locations. The check-in process was seamless, and the staff at reception are extremely welcoming and warm. Moreover, it is really easy to communicate with Brian who organizes the application process. The process itself was straightforward and without hassle. Brian also responds to e-mails in a prompt fashion which is great to know. Student housing works certainly takes the stress out of the apartment hunt in NYC and I would highly recommend engaging with them if you are a prospective student or intern.

I stayed at the Central Park W location for 3 months this summer while doing an internship in the city. The stay was honestly the best I could ask for! Our room was cleaned twice a week (new towels, fresh sheets, trash disposed, etc.) and everything was very clean. The area around the place we stayed was also very safe and conveniently located next to the 103rd C train station (

I stayed five months in 94th Street residence. Room was very comfortable (street view, two windows, bathroom, kitchen unit), building facilities were at a good level (internet, laundry). Staff was extremely nice and helpful. Area is perfect - safe, close to the Hudson River and Central Park, subway station (lines 1,2,3) is one block away. I do recommend this place for a short time stay.
