The Yale Bookstore, new-haven-ct

Big thanks to Julia and Christina! I had such a wonderful experience at The Yale Bookstore today because of you two! As a Yale Class of 2026 graduate who is about to leave New Haven, I stopped by the bookstore to look for some Yale apparel and souvenirs. Julia and Christina were incredibly professional, warm, patient, and helpful throughout my visit. They took the time to help me find the items I was looking for and provided such thoughtful and friendly customer service. Their positive energy, professionalism, and kindness made the whole shopping experience feel very special. As a student and recent graduate, I felt even more connected to the Yale community because of their care and support. Staff members like Julia and Christina truly make The Yale Bookstore an even better place. Thank you again to both of them. I really appreciate their help and wish them all the best in both work and life. Highly recommend visiting The Yale Bookstore!

Huge selection of stuff. Prices were a little on the high side in my opinion but it isn’t an Ivy league school after all. Nicely displayed and wide variety. Didn’t have any patches which I was looking for but it happens. They didn’t have a fitting room either so I didn’t bother buying a few things I was looking at. Overall a pretty nice college bookstore.

First time at the Yale Bookstore, the security guard was super friendly and inviting and the store has tons of Yale branded items and general merchandise on the bottling floor such as household goods and supplies. The only complaint I have is the cashier who helped us; was rude, threw our items into the bag like we were bothering her after spending $400, but our overall experience was great!

The bookstore is huge, spreads over two full floor space. First floor has most of the apparels alongside books. Lower floor has all the stationary items, souvenirs, and more books. Prices are understandably high. They customize a lot of the items in the “Custom Zone”. Quality of the products item to item. Checkout process is fast and easy. They have a package pick up zone for Yale students, so students can deliver their orders to the bookstore and pick them up at their convenience.

TOURIST’S TAKE!!! ———> Yale’s bookstore was a cool visit filled with a lot of Yale merchandise however, it was ridiculously overpriced! Literally everything costs double what it was worth.
