We have just moved to the apartment at 44 Courtlandt New Brunswick. Michael went above and beyond his duties, showed us the apartment over the weekend and streamlined the whole process of renting the apartment. We are extremely satisfied with the apartment. It is in a proximity to the Hospital, Park, quality restaurants. I feel safe to go for a walk around the building even late at night. The building is modern with new , high quality appliances, the management strictly reinforces the rule of non smoking . There is an availability of underground, reserved parking and also parking available around the building. The cost of rent is only slightly higher than similar accommodation in 30 years old buildings. Highly recommended if you are looking for a quality accommodation.

Michael has been an exceptional property manager from day one. He was consistently responsive, resourceful, and genuinely caring throughout our daughter’s time at 44 Courtlandt. Any question or concern—big or small—was met with quick communication and a practical solution. What really stood out was how personal he made the entire experience. Renting as a student can be stressful, but Michael created an environment that felt safe, supported, and completely carefree. Knowing our daughter had someone reliable and attentive on-site gave us tremendous peace of mind. We’re truly grateful for his professionalism, kindness, and the pride he takes in making the building feel like a community rather than just an apartment. Michael is a rare find, and 44 Courtlandt is lucky to have him.

Michael did a great job from showing the apartment to getting everything ready for move-in. He’s responsive and respectful. The environment in the apartment and the shared amenities is wonderful so far. One thing noteworthy though is that the building has an exclusive agreement with Verizon, meaning it will be the only available provider for your home internet. A $99 setup fee will be charged unless you choose the most expensive plans.

As a parent of a young college student, I am so happy to have found 44 Courtlandt for my son. The apartment is bright and sunny. As a rental I was impressed not only with the quality of the standard fixtures and appliances, but was surprised by the extras I didn't expect in a rental, ceiling fan and window shades. Also important to mention the over abundance of storage in the unit. In addition the parking garage is a bonus, secure dedicated spot with no worry about street parking. I'm very glad we chose to rent here.

A few things about what was ultimately a good experience with our rental at 44 Courtlandt. Although there was a significant delay in the opening of the property involving contractor issues, we appreciated multiple aspects of our interactions with the management (Michael): we always felt well-informed about the status of the building, it seemed that we received any information as soon as the management was able to share it with us; we feel that the management was extremely prompt and transparent in responding with any questions about the move-in process, arranging for utility service, and the move-out process. With respect to the property itself, we feel we received good value for the rent/parking fees. The 1-bedroom apartment was well-lit with good quality appliances (dishwasher, fridge and in-unit washer/dryer) and finishes, w/ a spacious bathroom and multiple good-sized closets. No hesitation in recommending to others for a short- or long-term rental.
