Breckenridge Apartments, nampa-id

I have enjoyed my experience here and love the building quality used. My apartment is beautiful and modern. I am bothered with all the additional fees that are charged, but I think that is normal across the board.. I would encourage anyone looking for a place to live to come see this place. The staff is wonderful and will help you lease one of these beauties. Oh, and also the lease amount for one of these beauties is quite reasonable..

When we first moved in things seemed great. Our apartment was in a little bit of rough shape but nothing we couldn’t handle. A year later we renew our lease and have a mice problem. I have communicated with the apartments and they said they’d send someone out here asap, he didn’t show up til 2 days later, no sense of urgency. We have a small dog here and he put a mouse trap behind her kennel and put them behind the oven, toilet, and washer and dryer. I don’t think this is solving any issues, if we decide to leave for more than a few days there’s a possibility that there will be a mouse corpse stinking up our apartment til we get back. Too many wrongs we didn’t acknowledge and now they came around and we see them clearly. The walls are very thin next door and upstairs, I’ve also complained about that and nothing is ever done. Seems like the quiet time rule they have here, picking up your dogs poop, and having your dogs on leashes is never enforced. Rent at your discretion. Edit: again, I’ve emailed 3 times and there are no responses. How am I supposed to communicate with an office that is not answering my emails? Or there when I come in and the hours state that they’re there.

Apartment Manager doesn't do anything about noise complains. Neighbors are allowed to blast their music as loud as they want to. Neighbors are harassing over open parking spots, even so their assigned parking spot is only a few feet away. Maintenance does even work on weekends and takes forever any other time. They only care about their money.

Our AC broke in the middle of summer and it was 90+ degrees in our apartment and it took them over a week for someone to come fix it when they said someone would be there the next day. They don’t accept rental assistance if you need it. It’s almost 5k to break the lease if you need to. the door/window seals are not good at all, when it’s even slightly windy, you’ll know about it. Also the ladies in the office are not kind at all and are extremely unhelpful. I actually had to reach out to their manager to get what I was needing.
