I have visited here several times and the apartment complex is always neat and clean. I really like the flowers out front of the office. The units are absolutely beautiful a lnd spacious. The manage is away helpful, professional and kind. She answered all of my questions and concerns and offers me water and snacks each visit. I have recommended this property to several of my friends and family. It's always a pleasurable visit.

Landscape is horrible so many weeds, a lot of bugs! we got a lot of ants last year and the office said they got a lot of complaints about the same thing from other buildings in the complex and we never got pest control, office did nothing about loud neighbors because they didn’t want to “cause issues”, it says in the contract we are not allowed to smoke yet I couldn’t open my window without smelling the neighbors smoking cigarettes, badly built apartments I’m not sure how they passed inspections the paint chipped on areas we never hung or had furniture , there was a dent on the floor that wasn’t visible but you could feel when you walked over it and a lot of small holes by the door which is where all the bugs came in from, leaks from the living room window, we wouldn’t get our replacement filter every 3 months just whenever they remembered, dumpsters are always full, they allowed a family of 6+ living in a one bedroom, not to mention rent went up but they haven’t improved anything to make up for the price change. management and the neighbors made living here unpleasant and not a place I wanted to stay with my family if you wanna over pay for trashy apartments this is the place for you

What began as a pleasant experience, quickly turned into a negative one. In the beginning, Breckenridge was a nice place to call home. Clean facilities, friendly management, and generally well looked after. Roughly one year ago, this all changed. The management became more "hands off," and the tenants and property suffered as a result. The community that once seemed strong, slowly began to crumble. Noise in and out of the apartments became much more of an issue. The pet-waste, that once was very much under control, became a frequent and rampant concern. Broken-down cars took up resident spots. Residents themselves, began to "piggy-back" off of management; there became a general carelessness and callous attitude towards the once respectable property. Much more could be written about the direction of the property and how it was taken care of. I will mention however, that the actual maintenance team did do a great job and did what they could. Unfortunately, it starts at the top, and rolls down from there. I believe what was stated here, is more than adequate for a fair Google review. If someone is thinking about renting here, The Cardinal Group should be aware that their once "gleaming" property, is currently chasing prospective tenants away.

I have enjoyed my experience here and love the building quality used. My apartment is beautiful and modern. I am bothered with all the additional fees that are charged, but I think that is normal across the board.. I would encourage anyone looking for a place to live to come see this place. The staff is wonderful and will help you lease one of these beauties. Oh, and also the lease amount for one of these beauties is quite reasonable..

I would like to let everyone know, as a resident you would expect friendly, kind, management when it comes to the place you are living, well this is not the case here, they will minimally deal with the problems you bring up, for example the ac stopped working in the middle of the summer, they sent someone out from they’re own team to fix it and ended up not being able to figure it out. So they sent someone else out they hired a couple days later who fixed it. But limited our ability to use the thermostat. We could not longer go below 70 degrees, I’m pretty sure anyone would find that annoying not to mention a high of 74. An I mean you’re already paying rent at 100% market rate generally anywhere you go so you would at least expect to be able to use you’re thermostat within reason, also I was living in a townhome with them paying 1900$ a month in total plus utilities. I’m not complaining about price but that’s quite a bit of money to not be able to use you’re own thermostat, then as my lease is near ending they decide to tow one of my vehicles, they documented improper information for the one vehicle at move in an only collected car details and a vin and since they did not have a license plate they decided it was not a vehicled registered to the property. Even though when I moved in they told us it will be fine for now but should update in the future. Almost a year goes by no one contacted us about misinformation this entire time. Slips our minds over time and they said they didn’t know who it belonged to a week before moving out and towed it, I called em, they were rude thought I was looking for answers to accuse them. I just wanted proof they posted documentation. An the response was “ We actually don’t have to provide any documentation” an they’re right they don’t. But it’s a common courtesy for your residents to obtain said info. Either way yes my vehicle was disabled. Had a flat tire for a couple weeks I was trying to get it fixed we all know the economy of today, but “putting a notice on it” is not enough. The vehicle was parked outside our building. They did not take enough steps to follow vehicle identification which by law is they’re right to have the proper documentation for you’re vehicles. If you decide to move to this property 1. You will be taken advantage of review the lease!!! 2. There is not a proper way to get hold of anyone after hours, there is but it’s hidden. 3. If your vehicle is left at all they have a right to tow whatever they want. But that only implies to “unregistered” or “unauthorized”. So make sure you’re documentation is correct 4. They are cheap!!! Why do you think they put a child lock on my thermostat when I pay 1900$ a month crazy stuff. 5. They have some insane leaks. I’ve talked to other residents and they have the same problems, why because it’s built cheap. Looks nice but is built cheap. And they use a cheap solution. My opinion: Read the fine print, and do not move in!
