💕I can't say enough great things about this apartment community and the entire staff! From day one, everyone has been incredibly welcoming, professional, and genuinely kind. Even the newer team members have been absolutely outstanding—they've continued the same level of excellent service and care. Teryn, the property manager, is truly 100/10 and without a doubt the best property manager I've ever lived under. She goes above and beyond every single day and treats this property like it's her own baby. You can tell she genuinely cares about the residents and the community. She's always willing to help, quick to respond, compassionate, and handles everything with professionalism and grace. Managers like her are incredibly rare. The maintenance team is phenomenal as well. They're prompt, knowledgeable, respectful, and always make sure issues are resolved the right way. It's clear that everyone here takes pride in what they do. Over time, this team became more than just apartment staff—they became like family to me. If you're looking for a place where you're treated with kindness, respect, and truly feel cared for, I couldn't recommend this community more. Thank you all for making this such a wonderful place to call home!

Convenience to campus is the only positive thing i have to say. Access to property management and communication is an absolute nightmare. Everything has to go through cooperate which makes getting anything done next to impossible. We would not of renewed if it were not for the closeness of campus.

Excellent staff! Super amazing and very engaging. They are always eager to help. They go above and beyond to ensure residents have what they need and more. They ensure comfort and customer satisfaction always. 10/10 highly recommend

Do not recommend the place to anyone always problems with heat/air units, leaks, barely hot water, sinks and tubs always get stopped up, way to expensive for the poor living conditions you get. They say rent is 923 to start out but a couple months in your paying 1050$ just go get a one bed room apartment it’ll be worth your money more than this place for sure 👎🏽

Loved the two front desk ladies, they answered all my questions and showed me around the apartment. They was very informed and fun to be around and I can’t wait to live in these apartments.😊
