Convenience to campus is the only positive thing i have to say. Access to property management and communication is an absolute nightmare. Everything has to go through cooperate which makes getting anything done next to impossible. We would not of renewed if it were not for the closeness of campus.

Do not recommend the place to anyone always problems with heat/air units, leaks, barely hot water, sinks and tubs always get stopped up, way to expensive for the poor living conditions you get. They say rent is 923 to start out but a couple months in your paying 1050$ just go get a one bed room apartment it’ll be worth your money more than this place for sure 👎🏽

Loved the two front desk ladies, they answered all my questions and showed me around the apartment. They was very informed and fun to be around and I can’t wait to live in these apartments.😊

2025 and this is my Last year here. They’re overly priced and Maintenance is never around to fix anything. I would not recommend living here especially for the price. All they care about is Money but could never fix or clean anything in the apartments before move in. Pest control only comes once and if that’s if they do come. The leasing management gossip about other residents and if brought to them..They don’t fix anything about it all. When there’s a problem within your roomates…they don’t try to solve the issue…They will ignore the problem. To move to another unit..You have to pay an extra $500 to move to another apartment on top of your rent…I would Not and I repeat Not to move to these apartments at all. They do not care..it’s all about MONEY with them!!!!
