If i could give zero stars i would. The management here is absolutely terrible. They gave me a move in day back in February and called me literally the day before i was supposed to move in saying they gave my apartment away after i had already loaded up my uhaul and was ready to move in . Its been months and ive called they ignore my calls so i email and they always say someone will contact me shortly and then nobody ever does. Finally today they emailed me saying there’s a waitlist and that i should continue applying for different apartments. Its so unprofessional and i wouldn’t waste my time

I've lived here for 2 years and just reupped my lease for another 6 months. Office staff works hard to make sure everyone is safe and happy, and the maintenance staff is the best of any place I've lived by far. Staff is funny and friendly. As long as you work to keep your space clean and get to know your neighbors and roommates then it's a great community to live in.

The lady at the office is very rude and treats her tenants very poorly. I was screamed at, disrespected and talked down to. I finally decided to speak up for myself and ask her to give me the respect I was giving her and she called the police on me saying she felt her life was in danger and a few more ridiculous things. Living here was nice if you could get past the maintenance issues but dealing with her has to be one of the most traumatic experiences of my life. I sincerely hope she’s been terminated.

Doesn't handle complaints properly, amenities down for a ridiculously long time (6 months to almost year if not longer while I was there), employee came into my bedroom unannounced with no warning as I was asleep and in my underwear, didn't get my security deposit back. Be careful out here.

Stealing funds from Rutherford Relief, allocated towards resident's rent. Maintenance going into residents apartment unannounced, and while they're gone. Maintenance have also been known to steal from residents. That's just the tip of the iceberg. Violence in the area is ridiculous, especially during summer. The office staff is rude and incompetent. Theres always new maintenance and office staff. Its just not a great place.. they also tried to force me into a new lease and raise rent, although I'm legally locked into a lease until 07/2022.
