I have to put a star just to get the word out, sorry it’s long but it’s been a long 18 months with this terrible company. Would not rent here if you actually care about yourself. Multiple issues with management, ran by children who just want a paycheck. A goldfish could run this place better. Messed up my 16 month lease for a 6 month and instead of fixing it, they made me wait it out, sign a new lease where they charged me more per month then what I originally signed because they messed up… Had multiple issues with maintenance not wanting to do his job and go on vacation all the time leaving my family with major issues (like no A/C that’s in the lease during 95°F weather, or a broken top step for 5 days being the main way to enter your apartment where your child later falls through it and gets hurt, or how he doesn’t salt the sidewalks and you slip and fall and hit your head off the pavement) that harm you to where you have to pack up everything and leave with an outrageous/unreasonable bill that has a fraudulent reason for moving out so they can make more money off you. Not to mention they allow everyone to break their leases and smoke weed all the time that gets power blasted up your nostrils through the HVAC/central air unit that doesn’t even have a filter in it, just to be told you need to call the police and get a report, but the police tell you they can’t do nothing because it’s on the property manager to take care of it so you just get your arm twisted around for nothing to be done. Please take care of yourself, your finances, and your family and chose a safer place because this one isn’t it. If you do decide to live here, make sure you lock your car and don’t leave anything outside you care about (like plants) it will get thrown away or stolen but it’s ok to leave trash everywhere it won’t get touched.

Awful do not rent here. Maintenance awful. In winter heat would not go above the 50's. Their answer was not to fix the furnace but provide an old space heater for a 3 br apartment. Could not live in apartment the last month because of flood. They called it a leak and would not deduct anything from last month rent. Charged me $50 because I could not get parking sticker off car to turn. The stickers have the school year so could not be transferred anyway. Look elsewhere.

I'm so happy with my new landlord! I have lived on the property for a few years now and have watched my building be neglected in many ways... however, this new company has really taken action! With apartment getting the proper maintenance, the building getting taken care of and even the landscaping is so much improved! I had a few issues the last company wouldn't even check on...this new company addressed the issue to make sure new tenants won't have the same issues! Thank you so much!

This place is awful. After the lady who ran the place when I moved here failed to put my pets on the lease, she was let go for other reasons. The new people tried to say I either had to get rid of my pets or pay 350/pet for a deposit and 30/month to have them. Not to mention my vehicle was towed because of where the original person told us to place the sticker was not visible due to the tint on our windows. We moved the sticker but the towing company damaged our vehicle so it was towed again. Both times caused by their negligence. Never got reimbursed for either two even though we were only asking for the first two to be reimbursed. Don't get me started on how long it takes to get them to fix anything. We put in a work order because our washer won't run cold water (causing astronomical electric bills) back in December. It's now almost April and it's still not fixed despite repeated attempts at getting them to fix it.

Was not told until we were actively signing the lease that utilities actually are not included and that the rent they advertise is just the base price. Jackie who gave us a tour of the apartment did not communicate clearly and told us a different price than what was on the lease then proceeded to lie about it. Make sure you ask plenty of questions when dealing with them
