The Globe at Lexington Ridge, mount-pleasant-mi

Apartments are gorgeous and Dave seems friendly. Pretty good price if you live with people but I didn't get to move in because I told Dave that I knew someone that lived here, and apparently they were not respectful, and they were bad tenants. Kind of disappointed and felt that this was quite unfair to judge my little family based on some people we knew; we didn't even have a relationship with these people, we just knew them. Overall these places are great, just be careful what you say when you meet the owner.

Dave is the best landlord! He is so caring & understanding. I love being his tenant, he is almost like a grandpa to me! After living in these from opening to now (3 years in the running) I have not even thought about moving to another apartment. I have made it my home here for over half of my college career and I HIGHLY recommend checking it out! He is very flexible and genuinely cares about you and keeping your experience at the best it can be. The amenities too.. enough to blow your socks off. If decent sized rooms & walk in closets with safe's are not enough to pull you in, the beautiful wood floors and fireplace surely will... not to mention the bathroom which is basically a spa. Check it out, I bet you won't regret! :)

Loved renting from Dave and would 100% recommend the globe

Make sure you get to know Dave personally, because I promise you will never meet or find another landlord like him. He actually cares about us, not just our money. The apartments are nice, especially for the price. Kind of far from everything across town but campus is only a 7-10 minute drive.

Dave is the best landlord! Wouldn't have wanted to live anywhere else while at CMU!
