The Sawyer Student Living, missoula-mt

The Sawyer Student Living is a great all-round apartment. Even if you’re not a student, there’s amenities and people you’ll enjoy while staying! If you do decide to live here, make friends with the awesome associates downstairs. Catie, Neil, Thaddeus, and Dani have made this place feel more like home compared to other similar places in the area like Roam. I recommend this place to anyone looking for comfortable living in Missoula, especially if you are a student and enjoy having easy river and trail access. The last two years have been amazing thanks to The Sawyer.

Sawyer has some of THE BEST apartments for students. The staff is always so friendly and accommodating, I always knew there was someone to help me if i ever had any questions. Located in the Old Sawmill District, Sawyer is the perfect central location for groceries, the university, restaurants, and very close to the gems of Downtown Missoula. Sawyer is a great transition to independent living for students, equipped with spacious floor plans and quality furniture in each unit. I always felt like I was not only living in some apartment building, but also a welcoming community. Everyone that works there seems to love their jobs, putting on a smile and representing the name of Sawyer well, even down to the personable cleaning and maintenance staff. I would recommend Sawyer to any type of student or adult searching for a place in Missoula. You will never regret picking Sawyer.

I’ve loved living at the Sawyer since the moment I moved in! I lived here for nearly two years and can’t say enough about the nice apartment living space, incredibly helpful and competent staff, and the awesome people who live in this complex! The students and others who live here are generally very quiet and respectful. I’ve never had any issues with other peoples noise ever! The staff will go above and beyond to help you with any issues you have! I truly could not recommend this place more to either a student or a young person moving to missoula and looking to make friends.

The Sawyer is the best apartment building you could live at in Missoula as a student! The management/staff are all great and everyone is very welcoming, always having a smile on their face and always willing to help you with anything! It has every amenity that you need and everything is new! The location is central, you being able to go anywhere in a timely manner. The study rooms are amazing, with a great view as well! Thank you guys for everything! 😊

This is a fantastic place to live! The managers and community assistants are nice, helpful and they know me by name. The amenities are hard to beat, with a number of communal spaces, including a small workout room and a lawn courtyard with a fireplace. The building is clean and modern. If you don’t mind roommates (but still want your own bathroom) it’s a good place to be. I’ve also found it to be reasonably priced for Missoula, and for what you get in amenities. I would recommend to anyone!
