UNCOMMON Dinkytown, minneapolis-mn

I recently spoke with Gen over the phone about touring at Uncommon in Dinkytown, and I just wanted to say how great the experience was. She did an excellent job explaining the differences between the apartments and all of the amenities offered. Everything was super clear, and she made it really easy to understand what would be the best fit. She was also very friendly and professional throughout the conversation, which made me even more excited about the possibility of living there. I’m definitely looking forward to coming in for my tour! Overall, a 5/5 experience — really appreciate the help!

I recently came in as a walk in to tour Uncommon and I was pleasantly suprised at how friendly the front desk staff was! Genevieve was lead our tour and she was very knowledgeable on the building! The selling point for me and my roommates was the balcony on the 6th floor. We love to study outside and this is going to be super great in the warming months!

I have had no problems living at Uncommon. It’s only a 10 minute walk to my classes and less than 5 minutes to a bunch of restaurants. Genevieve helped me sign my lease and my experience has been nothing but great. The year round hot tub is also a big bonus. My friends and I use it weekly.

Ramey helped us find a place to stay and he was awesome and extremely insightful. He knew every detail about the property, amenities, and available units, which made finding the perfect apartment so much easier. He made the entire leasing process seamless and ensured from day one we were taken care of.
