My friends and I have lived in a Go Gopher Rentals unit for the past few years of our undergraduate studies, and it has been a very smooth, stress-free experience. The unit itself was very clean, and all appliances were either brand-new or in high-quality condition when we first moved in. Over the years, whenever we've had/have issues, Go Gopher is very quick in responding to maintenance requests. Overall, I think my roommates would agree that we've had a great experience with Go Gopher and have received great service from them for a reasonable price.

When I got back from Christmas break, I immediately noticed two pairs of shoes gone from the middle of my closet shelf. I contacted GoGopher to see if maintenance had been at the property while I was away, and sure enough, they had been. Nothing else in mine or anyone else’s rooms were out of place. Definitely an easy target for maintenance guys Jory and Jorge over Christmas break when nobody was around, because stealing technology or electronics are trackable. GoGopher claimed their guys are trustworthy and there is nothing they can do. GoGopher accused my roommates of being the thieves and accused me of giving our door code to other people which neither me nor my roommates have ever done. I’ve lived with these roommates for two years and I know they’d never do something like this. To anyone still considering renting from these crooks, don’t check the box allowing maintenance to visit your property when you’re not present.

My wife and I spent one year living here and had a great experience overall. The property is quiet, clean, and well-maintained, with a strong sense of care from the management team. Staff were always professional, friendly, and quick to handle any maintenance requests. Even though our stay was only a year, the apartment truly felt like home for us. The layout was comfortable, and the atmosphere throughout the community was peaceful and welcoming. The only thing we found ourselves wishing for was the option of a 1-bedroom unit — it would’ve been a great fit for us long-term. That aside, we have nothing but positive things to say. It’s a well-run and reliable place to live, and we’d recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and stress-free rental experience.

Living in a GoGopher unit has been a great experience so far. The maintenance team is super quick and responsive—any time I’ve submitted a request, it’s been handled within a day or two max (sometimes even the same day!). Communication is super fast and clear, the online portal is easy to use, and I really appreciate how on top of things they are. Definitely the best rental company I’ve dealt with!

My experience with GoGopher has been great! Management is very responsive and maintenance is always completed in a timely manner. The only thing that would be nice is if parking (specifically at the Cluster) was better enforced because more frequently than not, there are cars without passes parking there, leaving us unable to park in the spots we're paying for.
