The Arrow Apartments, minneapolis-mn

My experience started off rocky with the management, but I've grown to like the space :). The living area is very spacious and the overall space has a nice modern look. The location isn't terrible either; it's a little further walk, but there's very little noise near the complex. There are also frequent events held for residents that are fun as well.

I have had an excellent experience living at the Arrow apartment complex in Minneapolis. The quality of the units is very good: the apartments are modern, comfortable, and well maintained. The overall environment of the building is pleasant and professionally managed. One aspect that particularly stands out is the responsiveness and kindness of the staff. Whenever I submitted a request or had a question, the personnel responded promptly and handled the matter efficiently. This level of attentiveness makes daily living here much easier and more enjoyable. I would especially like to recognize Travon Swingler from the maintenance team. He has consistently done an outstanding job addressing my maintenance requests. Most recently, he resolved an issue with my microwave oven quickly and professionally. His work is thorough, reliable, and clearly reflects pride in what he does. Overall, I strongly recommend the Arrow apartments to anyone looking for a well-maintained place to live with supportive and responsive staff. Great apartment complex! It’s close to campus, private bathrooms, and pretty quiet. I highly recommend!!

I’ve had a great experience living here! The location is super convenient, and everything is always clean and well-maintained. It’s such a cute and quiet place to live, which I really appreciate. The residents are friendly, and management has been really helpful and easy to work with. I’d definitely recommend living here!

- Good management - Great maintenance - A bit on the expensive side but that's as expected for stadium village - Apartment was clearly built pretty cheaply - floor boards that have gaps, door stops that are just resting in a whole, etc. Once again nothing surprising here since it's a student apartment. - Paper thin walls - Advertised rent prices are a bit misleading since you have to pay for most utilities and silly things such as technology fees - Offering better bonuses for re-leasing later in the year is a bit annoying but I understand why they (and all other apartments in this area) do it.
