The Arrow is perfect for student apartments. Inside the apartments it feels modern and clean, and the location in Minneapolis is hard to beat. Definitely worth checking out!

I don't usually leave negative reviews, but my experience with this property was one of the worst I've had while apartment hunting. I applied for and signed a lease on a two-bedroom apartment with a reduced monthly parking rate that I had negotiated before signing. My move-in date was scheduled a few months out, which aligned perfectly with the end of my current lease. A couple of weeks after signing, I received a voicemail informing me that my lease had to be terminated because they no longer had the floor plan I had signed for. I had to reach out myself to find out what had happened! I was told it was a mistake because someone else had been leased the unit before me. While that was frustrating, I tried to be understanding. Mistakes happen, and I agreed to tour the available two-bedroom layouts again. The second issue was what ultimately made me decide to walk away. Before signing my original lease, I carefully reviewed every page and noticed that the parking policy was not included in the lease. I asked multiple questions because I had negotiated a reduced parking rate of $160 per month instead of the standard $200. I was assured that everything was documented internally, and I was even shown their system confirming my parking arrangement. Based on those assurances, I signed the lease. After selecting a different two-bedroom apartment following their leasing error, I was then informed that my parking arrangement had been removed and that I had been placed on a parking waitlist with 17 people ahead of me. I was confused because I had been told the parking agreement was separate from the lease. If my lease was terminated because of their mistake, I don't understand why my parking agreement was also canceled. To address the situation, management offered me a $200 concession, but by that point my confidence in the leasing process had already been lost. The issue wasn't the discount—it was the lack of consistency and reliability. I was repeatedly told one thing, only for something different to happen. Apartment hunting is already stressful, and I understand that mistakes can occur. What matters is how they're handled. Unfortunately, my experience left me feeling that commitments made during the leasing process could not be relied upon. I ultimately chose to rent elsewhere, even at a higher cost, because having confidence in management and being treated fairly was more important to me.

My experience started off rocky with the management, but I've grown to like the space :). The living area is very spacious and the overall space has a nice modern look. The location isn't terrible either; it's a little further walk, but there's very little noise near the complex. There are also frequent events held for residents that are fun as well.

I have had an excellent experience living at the Arrow apartment complex in Minneapolis. The quality of the units is very good: the apartments are modern, comfortable, and well maintained. The overall environment of the building is pleasant and professionally managed. One aspect that particularly stands out is the responsiveness and kindness of the staff. Whenever I submitted a request or had a question, the personnel responded promptly and handled the matter efficiently. This level of attentiveness makes daily living here much easier and more enjoyable. I would especially like to recognize Travon Swingler from the maintenance team. He has consistently done an outstanding job addressing my maintenance requests. Most recently, he resolved an issue with my microwave oven quickly and professionally. His work is thorough, reliable, and clearly reflects pride in what he does. Overall, I strongly recommend the Arrow apartments to anyone looking for a well-maintained place to live with supportive and responsive staff. Great apartment complex! It’s close to campus, private bathrooms, and pretty quiet. I highly recommend!!
