Redmond Apartments, minneapolis-mn

Boy do I adore this place. My three roommates and I lived here as incoming sophomores to now recent graduates. We just had the best experience! The most beautiful, unique, cozy, affordable apartment complex anywhere near campus. Most convenient walk to not only campus, but St. Anthony Main, Como, and access right onto the freeway. The landlord cares about his tenants and his space so much and that has always been so apparent to us. He never hesitates to get his tenants what they need, when they need it, and we always felt so supported. So heartbroken to leave!

My roommates and I loved living at Redmond! We stayed here for three years and never considered moving. Our unit was fully remodeled before we moved in and we had no major problems during our time as tenants. Of course no apartment is perfect but Redmond is as close as you can get! Doug, John, and the management team are very responsive and helpful and always made us feel safe and respected. We will miss living so close to Main Street and downtown and we will definitely miss our beautiful apartment!

I lived here with my lovely roommates for 3 years and it was the best living experience i’ve ever had. First of all the apartment is beautiful. The tall ceilings, windows and the beautiful stained glass everything was so homey and amazing. I loved going home to this place everyday. The people living here are also so nice and kind, I made friends for life. Doug, the landlord, was so responsive and kind whenever we had issues. Not to mention he is great to have a chat with and cares so much about his tenant. Please live here if you can!! Rent is so cheap for the space provided and the experience is so worth while. I lived here for 2 years in a 3 bedroom apartment and loved it! The units are very unique and beautiful, I especially loved the stain glass windows in mine. The location is great, especially for someone looking to be close to campus but still have access to the city via stone arch bridge. The price is great and it’s a very chill place to live. I would recommend these apartments to anyone looking!

My roommates and I have loved our 3 bedroom apartment! It's been great being so close to campus and other fun destinations :) We enjoy the woodwork and space the apartment offers us. Nice to have free parking on the surrounding streets that are almost always open. Great for hosting our friends.
