I was so happy living here at first, but the renewal process completely somehow my mind. U will get door-knocked and pressure signing renew, received incorrect renewal information from staff members, got shouted by the staff over the phone because of a mistake and lie on their end, and kept being pushed around with long email drafted that never got even replies. It honestly feels like the management team has been playing me around with lies and treating me disrespectfully, even though the miscommunication and mistakes came from the staff side in the first place. Also the maintanense, I’ve contacted the repair service three times, but they still haven’t been able to unclog the sink. I even recommended 3 friends and others to live here before all this happened, and now I genuinely don’t know what to say to them.

Toured with Ozzy, he gave a very professional, in depth tour that really made me want to sign right away. He checked off all the boxes of what a leasing agent should be and made my experience an 11/10 if I could leave more than just 5 stars I would. Definitely would recommend coming to take a tour with Ozzy and checking out Here Minneapolis!

I stayed at Here for about 1.5 years. The building is well maintained. The studio units are small and pricy but good. Although there may be cheaper options just a metro stop or two away. I had a dispute with management during renewal of 2024-2025 lease, but everything else was okay.

Management is very disorganized and the staff were not professional. Communication was unclear and inconsistent throughout the process, which caused unnecessary stress and confusion. I would recommend future residents be extremely careful and get everything in writing.
