FloCo Fusion - Landmark Apartments, minneapolis-mn

I have been living here for about a year now and can confidently write this review. Justin and Alex, the guys that will show you the apartment and take care of some admin stuff, have been super helpful from day 1. However, another girl at the office (I don’t even know her name) makes you feel like she is doing you a favor when you go with any kind a request (it might as well be a racism thing). For instance, when I was expecting a package/flowers sent by a friend on my birthday, she kept saying there was none. And then it magically appeared from their office as I kept coming back and asking. I don’t know why they would even take any package from the reception desk to inside office rooms. Next, I live close to the common lounge area where a resident may let their folks from the outside in to have the loudest parties, smoking, music, vandalism after midnight. I have tried calling 911, was even thrown a bottle to my head once for going out and asking those party makers to quit at 2 am or so, emailed the management, etc. The harassers were never found and held accountable even with so many cameras around. NOBODY from the management came to check in. They installed new door lock system and tried to lock the lounge area since then, but there are still occasional midnight parties happening. Maintenance people themselves are super nice but once it took months to get a request answered. Me and my roommate also paid for some unknown electricity bill when we first moved in which was never reimbursed.

Floco Fusion is in a great location with easy access to dinky town restaurants, shops, and public transportation, making it super convenient for daily living as a student. The building offers modern amenities like a fitness center, lounge spaces, and secure entry, which really enhance the overall experience. Overall, it’s a comfortable and well maintained place to live with a strong balance of location and amenities.

I love floco fusion! I’ve been living here for about a year and a half, and we resigned for another. The apartments themselves are so spacious with quality amenities. Not to mention, having a courtyard with a grill and lots of space is a huge addition. Arguably the best part is the staff and management. Every month Floco hosts multiple giveaways, as well as fun activities to bring the Floco community together. I highly recommend for anybody living near the Twin Cities!

These are great apartments! They are spacious and well kept, with some great amenities. I always love lifting at the gym in the mornings as well as free breakfast Wednesdays in the lobby. Also my apartment has a huge balcony with a beautiful view. Not to mention the great community of people who live here. Can not recommend more!

This was a perfect first apartment was great location for me being a Carlson student! They had great location to many bus stops which was super helpful in the winter. A couple of things did break during my stay here but over all this was an amazing place to live and I totally recommend it for a first apartment. Also loved the tanning bed!!!!!
