This apartment provides an overall great experience, but there are small things that make you wonder about the value of your rent. This is the best gym setup I saw amongst almost all of the 10+ apartments I toured. They host 4 events monthly, and they get a great turnout + engagement. Their social areas (study rooms, game rooms, pool) are very nice. The rooms are also nice. It's just a smaller place than other complexes, but they charge... more. You can do better than Fieldhouse, but that doesn't make them bad. Two things of note. First, the management moves slowly. I think they're swamped with things to attend to, take that as you will. Second, the trash room can overflow. I didn't believe it was a real issue when I began leasing here, but it can be a big problem; trash bags have filled the trash room floor in the past. Technicians respond in a reasonable time, though. Repairs never took long.

Please do not live here. They deleted my first post and have their friends make fake 5 star reviews. (im going to repost my orginal post). Annika is not helpful at all. Our front door broke again, and they are not being helpful at all with getting it fixed. My roommate went out of her way to contact Synergy personally when it should have been Fieldhouse's job. This apartment complex is absolutely unacceptable and has been one of the most frustrating and unsafe living experiences I’ve ever had!! My original post: Our front door to our unit has been broken, creating a serious safety and security concern, and management has failed to properly address it and ignore the email I sent. This is not a minor inconvenience but rather a basic necessity to resident safety, and it has been handled with complete negligence/unprofessionalism. On top of that, we are forced to pay for WiFi that barely works or does not work at all. Repeated complaints have gone unanswered or unresolved, yet we are still expected to pay for a service that is not being provided. That is unacceptable and feels borderline fraudulent! There is also an ongoing issue with the back entrance for MONTHS, which management has continuously refused or failed to fix or they mention that it needs “significant repair” So why do we pay over $1000 a head to live here? What kind of broke living situation do they have going on here? Communication is poor, accountability is nonexistent, and we are left dealing with problems that should have been resolved immediately. For the amount of money being charged, the lack of urgency, professionalism, and basic care for residents is shocking. Management only seems interested in collecting rent, not maintaining a safe or functional living environment. I would strongly warn anyone considering living here to look elsewhere. If you value safety, reliable utilities, and responsive management, this is not the place for you.

Do NOT live at Fieldhouse. Believe the reviews I didn’t at first, and I regret it.At the beginning, everything seemed fine. I selected my floor plan, signed all the documents, and thought everything was set. But later in the summer, they told me my unit had been sold. I was confused because I thought I had a contract. Suddenly, I was forced to move to a different unit with higher rent. That was the first major red flag I should have taken seriously. The next issue was rent. Move-in is late August, so you’re only living there for about two weeks, yet they still charge a full month’s rent. They claim it’s “split evenly,” but it doesn’t make sense — especially when other apartments I looked at only charge for the actual number of days you live there. There are many more red flags, but the biggest issue is all the extra charges they add on. It really adds up and makes the experience frustrating and expensive. Overall, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

REVIEW UPDATE: I have been unfortunate enough to now be on my third year living here, due to working full-time (‘23 graduate) and being from out of state. For starters, management seems very disorganized and tends to respond slowly. For instance, both times I renewed, somehow things on their end fell through the cracks on something, which was only resolved by my incessant follow-up. On other occasions, I have had erroneous charges placed in my account, which were only caught because I looked carefully at my bill. If you have an issue with anything, good luck. In my first year, a nearby unit constantly blared music in the late hours of the night during the week, and despite pinpointing the unit with video and time-stamped proof of the complaint (at their request), the issue was never resolved. On two separate occasions, I have also had issues regarding minor vandalism to my car parked in the expensive garage that they “weren’t able to help with.” Then last August, the ONLY garage door to the first-floor garage got backed into and damaged, which they knew about by 11 pm that night (because they sent an email). The next morning, when I tried to go to work at 8 am, I had to wait an hour for someone from management to show up to say they were just then calling the company to fix it, which wasn’t done until noon that day. If I don’t work, I don’t get paid, so I lost half a day’s pay due to being unable to use my car. Additionally, safety is more of a facade than anything. Even though you need a key fob to go anywhere, and they changed the door lock hours, people are also piggybacking off of people into the building. HUGE parties in the community areas are common (with mostly nonresidents). Police have been called to the building numerous times after hours for issues. One of which was after the security guard had his face bashed in (haven’t seen him back since and I don’t blame him). While the amenities are nice, the weights in the gym are nearly always a mess, and half the treadmills are broken more often than they’re working. The pool is nice when you can find a spot and aren’t disturbed by other disrespectful residents. The disrespect continues towards the property, too, with the trash rooms a disaster and the hallways a mess. Most of the 5-star reviews on here are from people who just toured or management themselves, and it shows. Save yourself a lot of frustration and money by looking elsewhere.

DO NOT LIVE HERE. The fridge in my apartment has not worked correctly since last year and the dozens of maintenance requests have led to literally nothing. Given the fact that we are paying 800+ a month (FOR A SHARED BEDROOM NO LESS), I feel like our fridge working correctly should be a guaranteed, but here we are. If you want to spend an insane amount of money on a unit that doesn't work properly, by all means sign a lease.
