Chateau Student Housing Co-op, minneapolis-mn

I’ve truly loved living at this student co-op. The building’s a little old, but what really makes it special is the community. Coming from far away, this place quickly became so much more than just a place to stay it became home. I’ve made friends for life here. There are always events happening, and it’s such a great way to meet people, get involved, and feel like you belong. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a warm, welcoming, and active place to live

The best apartment building I have ever lived in! Exclusively for UM students and scholars. The thing I love most is their AC system. It's some kind of water pipe system that cool or heat up your room with absolutely NO noise at all! LOL Hard to get a spot here though as it is so wanted by all the students.

We enjoyed our stay here on 18th floor with amazing views of the sunsets! It was cozy and home living here with my husband. So many memories to remember for lifetime. Thank you for the great service!

Chateau Student Housing is a fantastic place to live if you're a student looking for affordable, community-oriented housing. The rent is super cheap compared to other places in the area because it's a non-profit run by students, for students. What I love most is the strong sense of community here. People actually know each other, and there are shared spaces and events that make it feel like home, not just a place to crash. The location is amazing, close to campus, transit, and everything else you need. It’s run by a student board of directors, which means residents have a real say in how things work. It’s a refreshing change from corporate landlords

I have lived here for over 2 years now and have had a great experience with the maintenance and management. Very friendly place, community oriented, and is close to campus. You can’t beat the price, location, and flexibility of this place, would pick to live here over and over in comparison to other apartments in the dinky area.
