ML has been a fantastic place for campus living! We lived here for two years and appreciated the recent updates and renovations that have enhanced the overall feel. Mary has been a true asset—always kind, responsive, and quick to resolve any issues, making our experience smooth and enjoyable. Her support made our experience here all the more positive. I would recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a convenient, well-maintained place near campus. Beautiful views and amazing natural light throughout the units!

I absolutely loved my time living at Modern Living. The apartment felt like home from day one. Clean, modern, and super comfortable. The layout was well-designed, making great use of space, and the natural light that came through the windows always made the space feel bright and welcoming. The building itself is quiet and well-maintained, and I always felt safe. Management was responsive and helpful any time I had a question or small maintenance request, things were taken care of quickly and professionally. If you're considering moving here, I can honestly say it was one of the best apartment experiences I’ve had. Highly recommend!

I’ve had a great experience living here the past year. Mary is super quick and communicative with maintenece problems and requests. The manager is very communicative when there are major problems (wifi, water, etc.). The views from the rooms are spectacular, especially when we have pretty sunsets. It is located right by the AMU and about a 3 minute walk. There is a ton of space to host dinner, birthday, or other gatherings with friends. I had a great experience living here!

Modern Living was a great place to live while I attended Marquette university. It's in the perfect location and has great parking! They have great security on the building and the management is very kind and helpful. If you're looking for a place to live that's close to campus this is the spot!
