Lark on 14th, milwaukee-wi

Loved living at Lark. The building is very safe, parking was convenient, and the apartment was nice with modern finishes. Ashley and Jessica are super friendly and helpful, and the gym and study spaces were always clean. The other students living here were also friendly and considerate.

Literally the WORST experience of my life do NOT live here they will not answer the phone if you need emergency maintenance. Our AC went out during a 95 degree week and they wouldn’t answer and when they did they DESTROYED my room moved my stuff, left nails everywhere, water bottles, etc. and didn’t let me know they were coming multiple times. They are terrible I’ve lived in many apartments and this is the worst I’ve ever experienced. They do not care, they talk back to you.

The lark is a great place to live. The rooms are very nice and the whole place is cleaned up and always put together. The biggest thing for me was safety and the lark is very safe and you need many keys to get in so you always know who is in the building. 10/10 recommend.

Really great experience living here for two years. Staff is always so helpful and quick with responses and helping. The gym and longer are really nice to have and always clean. The actual apartment was great to live in and had everything I needed.

Love living here! The location is so convenient being a Marquette student, staff is incredibly nice, and apartments feel safe and high quality. From the moment I toured last year, I immediately felt at home. My parents are very grateful with how safe the Lark is and how nice the rooms are. Extra amenities like a gym and study rooms are a bonus!
