The Haven, milledgeville-ga

The apartments are so beautiful and spacious, they keep the lawn area nice a put together, maintenance is super quick, management is AMAZING. If you're looking for housing, I would 100% recommend The Haven.

Living at the Haven was a very good experience! It was clean, easily walkable to the college and downtown, and affordable. Starr was great to rent from. We never had a problem reaching her as she was very responsive and made sure her tenants were taken care of! Highly recommend making the Haven part of your rent search.

The Haven has been such a great place to live. It is safe, affordable, and the management is incredible. Starr is very attentive to all your needs and she goes above and beyond for all tenants. The Haven checks so many boxes for me and I highly recommend this complex!

The Haven is a wonderful apartment complex for a college student or anyone looking for a cozy place to stay. The new property management team does an outstanding job and always takes calls or messages without hesitation. Full disclosure parking can sometimes get hectic but this is not at fault of the management but rather residents who like to have their friends/significant others over multiple nights of the week. With this being said, when complaints are received the management team handles any issue tenants have with urgency. Under the previous property management parking was an absolute nightmare and in my opinion not all tenants were treated with the same respect. When it comes to any kind of maintenance within the apartment whether a light bulb goes out or any other problem that may occur, which problems rarely do, the handyman on staff usually fixes it within the next 24 hours. Some of the previous reviews also say that there is no resource officer and breakins have happened frequently here. Ive been in the haven for two years now and there may be some shady people that walk by on the street, but no breakins have occurred. BOTH, you read that right, BOTH resource officers do an outstanding job at protecting our complex. I would disregard the 1 star reviews within the last month or so because from a completely objective standpoint it seems the new management is doing an outstanding job running the three locations and taking care of residents.
