These are absolutely beautiful apartments. Five people seems like a lot in one apartment, but they are very spacious. Most of the appliances are new or well maintained. The office manager is extremely helpful and polite. She does well explaining any delays for maintenance requests to be completed. They even allow early move-in and were very clear in explaining that the room may not be ready if we come early, so cleaning and maintenance may be coming in and out. All of the staff are friendly, polite, and willing to work around those moving in early.

Great location. As a student living here, I enjoy the short walk to class to either GMC or Georgia College. This is a pet friendly apartment complex which I love. I’ve also spent many afternoons relaxing at the pool with other residents. They also allowed me to move in a week early for a small fee!

my college student has been residing at this apartment complex for 2 years,(2024-2025) too difficult to break the lease or we would move her out. On first day of move in nothing was clean or ready, front door lock was broken, mini fridge in 2 rooms didn’t work, toilet broken, stove didn’t work, dryer didn’t work, no blinds on bedroom window in one room or on the glass see through front door of apartment and huge active wasp nest on stairwell next to apartment that you have no choice but to walk by. Took over 3 weeks with many requests and calls for any repairs, replacements, maintenance to get done even after making aware the safety issues of not being able to lock your unblinded see through front door and being highly allergic to wasps. Since then the air conditioner has broken leaving the apartment 90 + degrees 3 times, toilet not working twice, water leak in ceiling and dishwasher quit working, lost/misplaced mail and again each incident takes several maintenance requests and calls to get things fixed. The on site property manager is extremely rude and unprofessional that is if you can get her to answer the phone or find her on the property. The pool is rarely clean. I see below in one review response from management that the pool gets a 100% rating from the health department. I find that nearly impossible because it normally is green and there’s been trash/broken ceiling fan parts laying on the ground you have to walk around by the pool and stairs that’s stayed there for weeks before being cleaned up. And even though it’s advertised as “#1 Rated Luxury Student Housing in Milledgeville”, they don’t rent just to students. They rent to anyone, making a less than safe or comfortable environment for college girls as presented. And have yet to see any “luxury”. The rent recently just increased by $70 and the monthly astronomical electric bill has yet to makes sense. For 2 months this summer none of girls stayed there and the electric bill was over $80 per room. If you are looking to move your student here I greatly suggest you look elsewhere. It’s not worth the frustration and loss of sleep you’ll have dealing with them or worrying over your student’s safety.

Love it here! Apartments are nice and cozy and the staff is great! Brittany was super helpful about making sure all of our roommates were placed together correctly and nextdoor to our friends! Great place to live, we love it here!
