if your parent taking your kids to school, make sure that kid is there for the year. Do not rent the apartment if you’re only goinghalf a year. They only do yearly rentals and if you get stuck in that prospect probably has six months of free rent goes toward them. They don’t put that rent toward repairs. It’s all profit. There are a lot of people that are stuck in this position and it’s a big rip off. They do not deserve five stars because they don’t care about students in the area or the parents who have to pay the bills. They just want the money.

The apartments themselves are nice, as well as the proximity to campus. However, the management is inconsistent, incredibly unorganized, and inadequate for the amount of properties. The management is also unprofessional and more times than not a hassle to deal with. One of the few pleasant, consistent staff members is the maintenance director, Scott. After living here for 2 years, I would not recommend it.

I've lived at Prospects for three years in college and I absolutely loved it! The space was perfect for my needs. My only critique is that management has gone through many changes without informing residents of potential impacts. For example, they recently switched the leases to no longer include amenities in the rental rate, but did not notify residents of the financial impact and price increase this would lead to.

Really nice college living. Management at first was very questionable, but since new management has come in everything is much better. Blue Campus does a great job making sure tenants are doing well and they put on events for us. The newer prospect locations seem a little nicer in terms and have really great outside decks. Overall Prospect is good apartment living for college kids.

I have lived here for 2 years and have had no complaints. The new staff is great, especially Carson and Beth who are always willing to help when needed. Close to campus and the property is kept clean and safe.
